Hello, found all of these in the same area. Wanted to see if all are pans and if there are more than one species. All prints are jet black.
Habitat: Cow pasture about 700M elevation growing in cow dung in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Gills:

Stem:

Cap:

Spore print color:

Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Likely the same Panaeolus species as in your previous thread - P. cyanescens.

Many thanks again! Thought there might have been different pans since I noticed caps of different shapes and gills light grey to black.

You would need a microscope to find out so they are called Panaeolus cyanescens group

Like a lot of mushroom species, Panaeolus have a slightly variable morphology within each species. This can, as far as I know, be due to both genetics and microclimatic factors.
And as Doc9151 stated, dung loving species in the subgenus Copelandia usually need microscopy or DNA sequencing to determine with 100% certainty. I believe many identifications are based on guesses from which species is the most likely to grow in a given region. There are unfortunately very few people interested in a scientific approach to the identification of Panaeolus. German mycologist Ewald Gerhardt is probably the only one to do comprehensive research, but most of his publications are in German.
However if you're interested, here's a link to his monograph on Copelandia in English:

That's why I prefer to call all blueing Panaeolus Copelandia sp. I know that's not taxonomicaly correct, but all those species are macroscopically very similar.
