Possible Pan Cin?

Habitat:
Growing on a huge pile of cannabis mulch that is mixed with a bunch of the cow manure from the pasture & various leaves/brush. On farmland In Lake County/ Sonoma / Napa region of Northern California.

I believe it's only cow poop because the surrounding pasture only has cows. It's just a big compost pile essentially, but it's mulch cannabis biomass & dirt & poop & some oak litter & pasture grass. The mushrooms are growing out of the area that contains more manure than hemp mulch & it's very grassy in that spot now. The areas that remain mostly cannabis mulch with minimal manure do not have any mushroom growth

Panaeolus species, looks very much like Panaeolus cinctulus. If the spore print is jet black, I would say Panaeolus cinctulus for sure.

There's no chance that the print won't be jet black, of all the 175 Panaeolus species, only P. foenisecii has a brown print, and it has a much different stem texture.

I'm thinking these might be P. olivaceus, but not sure. You will likely need a microscope to determine.
