I definitely injected right in 2 of the jars in each hole but in one of the jars I only got one squirt inside, and the other 3 jars I did were the first ones where I was trying to look at how much liquid was going into the jar which I stopped doing because I couldn't actually see in the jar when looking at the syringe so in the last couple I just decided to look at the spore liquid trickling down the side of the jar instead of watching the amount of spore liquid I was usin, that's why some didn't work lol will the ones that didn't go to plan still work?

Was a 10ml spore syringe and got 6 jars, some I don't have much hope in, is that about right or did I use to much per jar?

The volume of liquid per jar isn't so important. 10 mL spread over 6 jars should be plenty as there are likely thousands of spores in the syringe (depending on where you sourced it from).
In regards to the cyanescens, unless the cardboard has been sterilized and the mycelium has been grown out on the cardboard in a sterile environment, then you're likely to get some contams if you try to transfer it to brf. I'd advise against it.
You really have to be patient with this hobby. Don't focus on speeding things up until you have a really firm grasp on the entire process. My advice would be to keep reading up to further your knowledge while your current cultures grow out.

Won't be doing that if Its risking getting them contaminated then, I think I have a small smudge in three of the jars but they don't look white like I've seen on photos, does mycelium before it's fully formed look a bit like semen stains? The spots look so small though that it's hard to tell what it is or whether it's just a clump of brf in the jar which I doubt because I mixed everything in well, looks like see through blurry smudges, just one very small smudge in the 3 jars.
So small I couldn't see it without looking quite hard for a while.
Just in the middle there a slight smudge of something, picture makes it look like the light reflecting off the jar but it's not that.

I can tell lol waited nearly a week just to see mycelium (if it is), hope it is because I just checked and now it's in 4 of the jars, doesn't look white though like the pictures but I'm guessing it's in early stage? I'll put some pics up soon, it's grown quite a bit though since yesterday mid day, temperature should be right if I've worked it out right but it's usually about 16c anywhere upto 20c but the heat inside the jar will be hotter by 5-10 degrees and mycelium creates its own heat so that will take it up a bit, that right? Haven't really got any equipment to tell what's goin on inside the jar but it will still be average heat in terms of temperatures people use to incubate jars, I think, unless I'm doin it completely wrong and I'm so delusional that I can't tell.
I work it out at 80 degrees farenheit max.

the only thing that you can do for speed your PF growth is learning the basics of agar while are you waiting the cake turn 100 % colonized.
I know it's a bit stressful when you star but in this hobby you've to wait a lot and be very patience in order to achieve something

I've done some reading on agar and I'm probably gonna try some of that, can't remember much but is it transferring mycelium or spores or something onto it which colonises quicker or something? I've got some mycelium on some cardboard at the moment and I'm guessing it's the same process as that but quicker and transferring onto a different thing? I used stem butts for that though which I assume isn't what you do with agar, is the main reason people use it because it's quicker to grow mycelium in?
I don't mind being patient though aslong as I can see progress now and again, just exited since it's the first time I've done it and I was convinced it wouldn't work cus the first few days I couldn't see it workin, it still could get contaminated though if I'm unlucky, I am quite unhygienic lol

Stager some grows and learn agar while they're growing and once you get some fruits from these you'll always have something fruiting...
If you want some serious weight though you gotta give up on brf

Will I get more weight if I grate em up and mix with coco coir and vermiculite, and shall I use the biggest tub I can find when I do it to get bigger harvest? And what sort of harvests can you get like minimum and maximum from a 10ml spore syringe?

Look up shoeboxes. You can get more weight going bulk.
One syringe is basically unlimited lifetime supply of mushrooms, you can take prints/clone/agar.
Using quarts of bird seed spawned to coir shoeboxes I’ve gotten like 3 ounces of dry mushrooms and used a fifth of the syringe. And I definitely could’ve only used like 1/10th of the syringe spends how you want to do it.
So the answer is one syringe could be maybe an ounce or two dry if you just do brf cakes, and no limit other ways.

Get some plates going. You won't be sorry. Making plates is much easier than you think. Get yourself a case of Petri dishes for the new year and never buy another syringe again.

Anyone know if these are growing slow or if anythin looks wrong with them? Only got a pic of three of the jars, there's mycelium in a few spots on each jar though so what you see in the pic their is other patches of mycelium on the opposite sides of the jar.
