Partially Colonized Spawn Bag Pinning, just dry or Bacteria?

Hi everyone, a FOAF has a spawn bag that got injected with a clump of spores so it's been colonizing from only one side.
It has been growing well but just started pinning on us!
Do you guys think it's pinning because the center is too dry, or do the dark sides look like bacteria contam?
Would you take it out and fruit the colonized part or break it up and try to get the bag to fully colonize?
Thanks for the advice, and please let us know if you have any other suggestions!

I'd clone the fruits on agar and trash the rest....maybe bury the colonized part and hope for the best. Don't inoculate a bag like that with spores.

Should have broke that shit up and mixed it way before that happened. How long has it been since you inoculated? What’s in that spawn bag btw? Straw and what else?

Yeah the bags are interesting, they're basically a mix of everything but they are pretty good, they seem to be better than the grain bags we've tried in the past: https://www.amazon.com/Substrate-Mushroom-Nutrient-Success-Versatile/dp/B07PNZT9CH
We noc'd 3 of the bags on 11/14, one is already fruiting in a shotgun chamber and we spawned the other one to bulk. This is the only one that has been struggling, definitely should have mixed it!
Would anyone try to mix it up now?

No. You can try to fruit what you have colonized there. Get rid of anything uncolonized. Dont be suprised if mold pops up. Harvest the shrooms, toss it and start over. Maybe try following a tek?
Anytime you're inoculating with spores you can pretty much expect bacterial contamination.
