What are the next steps after the Colonized WBS has Colonized the Verm/Coir Mix?

I followed all of the steps from the inoculation of WBS jars, letting jars colonize to 100%, inoculating the Verm/Coir sub with the colonized WBS. Now I have my containers sealed and sitting for the 10 day incubation time. Can anyone tell me what are the next steps after the Colonized WBS has Colonized the Verm/Coir Mix? Also, can you post any links to Teks that I can use? Thank You

fruiting. and really u should have already known what you were going to fruit in before you even got this far i suggest using the search engine and do some research on fruiting chambers find one and use it. and in the future map out your grow exactly how you want to do it before you even start it. being prepared and knowing what you want to do is the main road to successful grow

I know some things, but not everything... I had some failures before because I didn't know all of the steps, that is why I am on this forum requesting advice, just like a lot of other people are doing. When I take the wrapping off of the verm/coir trays should I cover the colonized sub with a fresh coating of verm before I put them in the fruit chamber?
