Are my pins (still in jars) contaminated?

Hi,
I am a first time cultivator. I was trying to get my first jars to colonize with B+ spores all the way to the bottom before doing the dunk and roll, so I flipped them over for the last week and covered the top with a coffee filter while still in the chamber, as the mycelium had stalled out around 90% down the jar. Total time in there is five weeks today, at an average temp of 80 degrees. I was going to take them out and dunk them, but noticed a green color on the pins that have already formed in the jar...is this contamination and do I need to throw these out, or is there any chance of saving them? Many thanks to anyone who can help me out here, I'm still learning so go easy on me....thank you!

No, there's no contam. Should've birthed those a looooong time ago.

Okay, great there's no contam...do you think I can still get fruit out of these? I was going to dunk them for 20 hours starting today in distilled water (one in each ziplock bag) then roll in verm and put in the chamber...will that still work given how far along the pins are? Thank you!!

Pins??? Those are squashed, full-sized fruits in there!
Will the balance fruit? Probably so. Only one way to find out. Knock 'em out of the jar, dunk and put into fruiting conditions.

Take the fruits off as carefully and non-destructively as possible - perhaps cut the stem at the border of the cake with a scalpel/razor. Any open spot/wound can be the nidus for future contamination.
Feel free to eat them, fresh or dry!

Great, thank you so much for the advice!! I've been battling major depression lately and really hoping a trip will help to "re-wire" my brain a bit so I can get out of this dark place.
