Yo...is this jar contammed? Got some other jars from the same syringe that are still looking ok. Not sure what happened? After no contams for a year I lost 2 of my last 3 shoeboxes to trich after initiating the fruiting process, and now it looks like im losing at least 1 jar.

Spores directly to grain isnt recommended because spore syringes are inherently dirty and those contaminates tend to outgrow the mushroom mycelium, while the jars dont look totally fucked, they definitely look bacterial from the growth and possibly a little wet grains could be causing the funny growth some to.
Id recommend starting up on agar and getting some practice in with it before doing anymore spores to grain in the future though

Hmm...never heard that before. I've done it quite a few times with 0 issues. When you talk about the bacterial growth, you're only referring to the 1 jar, correct? The others look fine to me. I'll just toss that 1. No big deal. Hopefully the 6 others turn out ok. Or are you saying you see it in the others as well? They should be ready for the second shake in a few days.

Got ya. Pic 2 and 4 are the same jar and the one in question. I'll toss it. Pic 1 and 3 are other jars in the same batch.

I was referring to jar 2/4 but mushboy says mold and he's more experienced so I change my answer to mold not bacteria
Yeah though, since mushrooms arnt fruited in a sterile environment the spore prints are already not sterile enough for directly to grain usage, you can occasionally get lucky with it but it's purely rolling the dice everytime and yields arnt as good normally as with clean spawn
If you get into agar then you can make clean cultures and get colonization time in 1-3 weeks and assuming fruiting conditions are good you can pull 300+ grams wet off a quart of spawn, PLUS you can make 1-2 drops of spore solution last a whole lifetime agar > spores any day of the week
