Numb hands microdosing

Hi all! New here and new to microdosing. I've had this happen twice now on a low dose of .1g - my elbows down to my finger tips go numb - pins and needle feeling. Is that common? Not sure if it makes a difference but I took my dose in a cup of coffee...

Not common. At least with a micro-dose I wouldn't consider that to be a common occurrence.
Even with full doses that are 20 to 40+ times larger than a 0.1g microdose I wouldn't consider numbing/pins & needles to be a common side effect (but not unheard of)....
....though not common, I'd say some numbing/tingling in the extremities is not unheard of with full doses. I assuming when this does occur it is usually resulting from vasoconstriction (narrowing of the blood vessels).
There's been a few times over the years where I've experienced some vasoconstriction that was causing my fingers to tingle a little bit (assuming that was the trigger), but I was also tripping and my entire being/system was "lit up", I was quite high (it's happened to me with both mushrooms and with LSD).....I wouldn't think that a teeny tiny micro dose would be anywhere near enough to cause vasoconstriction, certainly not vasoconstriction intense enough to cause numbing/tingling in limbs/extremities, but perhaps it's possible .
Have you ever tripped on any psychedelic before?...Does this occur when you take full doses of any psychedelic?
Do you have any issues with blood pressure?

Very doubtful it would be the mushroom at at such a minor amount. Perhaps it has something to do with your blood pressure or a pinched nerve in the shoulder causing this.
I've lifted weights for years and tend to get numbing in my arms from pinched nerves in the shoulder when sleeping. Although, could be many factors. I would favor more of a medical condition than a mushroom side effect though.

try not to lean on elbows so much, especially while holding your face/cheeks or chin. I think it's the result of propping posture, and the beginning of osteo problems in elbows.

Thanks for the responses folks! I appreciate it. I am still *convinced* this is a side effect from the shrooms, despite it being a low dose. Especially since I've noticed it on two occassions and in both arms equally. I guess my other thought is that perhaps that numbing sensation was and is already present but microdosing has made me aware of it or amplified it to some degree?
I've never really thought much about my blood pressure but I will go and get that checked out to be on the safe side. I can't take Aspirin as it causes a strange vibrating or the sound of my heart beat in my ear drums (tinnitus)... I've always thought it was so strange but perhaps it's related to high blood pressure as well. Are shrooms a no-go if one does have higher than normal blood pressure? I certainly wouldn't want to feel trapped thinking about or feeling paranoid or scared about it while micro-dosing or taking larger doses.. doesn't sound like a good time.
To the person who's asked if I've taken a full dose of psychedelics before, yes. In my teens I did and had a horrifying experience which has scared me ever since. I'm in my early 30s now and am microdosing to combat my *seasonal* depression, short-temper, low patience, low coping skills, and low self esteem. So far, so good! I'm a total believer and feel better about life and about myself than I have in a very long time :-)

How much coffee do you drink? I guess that is where the issue mostly lies. Caffeine on it's own increases blood pressure, adding microdosing shrooms to it could bring something like tingling to come on.

Yes I was thinking that too. Typically 2-4 cups throughout the day. That would have been my second cup with the shrooms.
