Need help in humidity regulation

hello,
i made a cubensis grow with coir and rye (b+ akm) i didn't have enough grain so the ration of grain was a bit low.. but they colonize well in 10 days
something that i don't like is that the coir is not everywhere colonized and it starts to fruit already.. don’t know if that can bring problem later ? No visible sign of contamination.
But the main reason of my post is the humidiy level. There are some drops of water between substract and the box. I think it’s not good right ? Probably my fault.. i misted while there was maybe no need.
How to correct it ? To leave the box open until they disappeared will maybe bring the air too dry..
Any advice ? Or.. is it okay like this ? Sorry i’m confused. Hope you can help.

If they fruit they fruit.... and you WANT those droplets beading up nicely on the surface of substrate as it helps to create a good microclimate for the pins to develop, don't worry about the humidity droplets on the sides.

You're in it now. Take what you get from this tub and save your changes for next time. Looks like you will do ok anyways.

It’s totally colonized as far as I can tell.
It’s just thin enough that you can see the coir underneath, it won’t all be those thick white spots.

Na coir contams like anything else it's just easier to prep. Clean spawn is the way to avoid contams.
