It's not luck. If you do it correctly inner mushroom tissue will produce a clean culture more often than not, even straight to grain.

ya i know that but its not a good procedure to follow is more so what im getting at. atleast i dont suggest doing it that way if it can be avoided. id rather be sire its clean by putting it on agar first.

A weird pe lol, it has tendency to drop spores, I actually received a PE print a few years ago and was suspect of it actually being pe but it's certainly pe and it yields very well, this isolate came from a monster I grew last year

 Between the the five bottles I'll be over 2 ounces so from agar pin to a at to five muda bottles in just over a month.
