Panaeolus Subbalteatus

Can someone confirm or ID these little guys?

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Near moss and greens underneath small brush.

Gills:
Younger ones have dark gills, older have dark edges gills and lighter gills in the center

Stem:
White, no vulva or ring.

Cap: diameter is roughly 1.25” Carmel colored dot on top, tan, and followed by a dark ring.

Spore print color:
Darkish

Bruising:
Nothing noticeable

Other information:
N/A

Terrible pics but not panaeolus cinctulus (subbalteatus)
Looks more like psathyrella to me

Yeah, with a few rare exceptions wrong time of year. Sorry.
Subs tend to fruit in yard grass during spring. They are most commonly confused with panaeolus foenisecii.

Thanks for the responses! Could you tell me why it’s closer to psathyrella? This is in CA near horse pastures btw.

White stems. Subs have an off brownish stem. Caps tend to stay tighter too.
