Anyone seen these before? (The spheres).

Some plates just have a few, some plates seem to have a LOT.
I'd appreciate any info!

More info needed, what species were you attempting to cultivate? What magnification?These plates look stained. Idk much about staining but it might be helpful to know with what?
Without any of that info Iโd guess its a yeast contamination, theyre vaugely round with a bud scar on one end to my eye which is spot on for yeasts, I also feel like I see at least two distinct species of filamentous fungi as well but maybe just pieces of the other that didnt pick up stain? Or theyre large rod shaped bacillus but without knowing magnification or much about staining Iโm not sure.
Cool photos. Do you have a trifocal and a stage for petriโs? I have a decent omax but havent gotten the parts to use it for looking in petriโs yet, I was trained to use it for soil samples so my methods for looking at myc are a little clunky but they work, I wrote a thread about them a couple years back... would love to hear more info about your methods

Aren't those clamps? Or un germinated spores? I'm guessing clamp connections but someone else will know for sure.

Sure;
It's all Cubensis in these pics. The middle picture is 400x, the other two are 1000x oil immersion. The stain is some Methlyene blue I just got in a giveaway, I thought it might help give them some detail. I could get a picture without dye later, but they look pretty much identical... Just gray and white.
Thanks for the lead! I did notice a few had some kind of bud scar. I'll look at some yeast photos for comparison. I'm not too worried about all the little stuff, I assumed I introduced them while making the slide, it was not a sterile procedure. Does look like some kind of rod bacteria.

Thanks! I'm using a binocular amscope that goes up to 1000x, pictures taken with my phone. I don't have equipment for staring at petris either, these were all slides with a thin layer of myc and a cover slip.

I don't think these are clamps. The dye makes those pop pretty well, but they look quite different;
