Think my neighbor might lose her house

This is another neighbor than the one that went poof, and had some dude hanging around in his car on the street.
This one has had 2 people over the years (one just today) that pull in and take a picture of the house...from the driveway.
She also failed to pay her power bill once, I think this summer. I think she goes out and eats/drinks often. She's not a bad looking lady, I think divorced.
I know all too many peoples business around here.
Another house is for sale. Seems perhaps the couple split. They are asking a lot for the house, about 20 to 30 grande more than they paid. Haven't seen their dog since early summer. To think of it, haven't seen the young lady that lived there much either.
All these people paid over 100k for their house. We paid 53k for mine, it was a bargain.

Nope, it is a brick house with new roof and boiler. The boiler was probably old but my grandpa listened to me and we changed the water feed to it. Those were clogged.
There are a lot of houses in America that need a little tlc that are cheap. It was somewhere around the housing collapse. We bought it in late 2010.
Cement heated floors. Water heater that is amazing. It is almost as old as me and works perfectly because it is an older model.
Gonna rip down the back porch, put up something cheaper. Cannot rebuild one to code.
Rebuilding the basement that was a garage. Stud it out and insulated it. Raised the temp down there almost 20 degrees F. Put in 2 20 amp curcuits, well in the process of that. My stepdad put in 2 20 amps in the kitchen, I think there are 3 20 amps between there and the living room.
It was built in '52 and sorta like a bunker. If I was rich, but not too rich, I'd make the crawl space that is now 4 foot a fallout shelter.
Only issue with this house is the sewer line. There are tres around here, a bunch of them, so it needs cleared every 18 months or so.

If you have tree root issues with old pipes you should check out 'pipe re-lining'. It's a fraction of the cost of replacement and will fix the issues. I usually recommend THESE GUYS (some good videos on their website) locally, but I'm sure you can find something similar in the states.

I don't get what this means
