one time i made a bad syringe using water that \had trace amounts of grain nutrients since one of my jars crakced when my pot ran out of water. I got what looked like grey mold floating aourond and ejected the syringe and made new. It could have been myc but i didnt want to risk it.

Its absolutly 100% fine.I have had several germinate like that.I had one once that had such a large ball of mycelluim that it clogged the syringe so bad i had to take the needle off in my glovebox and poke up into the syringe to unclog it.They are fine that way.It usually happens if they are old.The one that i was talking about that i had to unclog was a 2 year old PESA syringe.Worked fine even after 2 years.

Since it is a legal mushroom to grow and possess-I believe they could send"liquid cultures",and I hope they did because I'm pretty sure that's what I got.I know mycelium when I see it and this is and I have pins now and no contams.
