It is not really parole in Ohio because you get sentenced to it at sentencing and there is no early release.
Congratulations on having internet but it proves nothing.

You can get released early. Most people do. They just get released on post release community control ( sometimes that can be waived if you have the right lawyer and enough money ), but ohio is rarely incaerating felony 4s and 5s unless they are violent in nature. It varies in counties too, judges, past record, etc
A lot of people get out of prison earlier than expected unless its felony 3s and up.
The things you are saying just arent true, aside from the fact people get sentenced to community control upon release of their prison term. Ideally that's parole with a different name.
Ohio calls the DMV the BMV. Most of this state is full retard, but its not the fema prison camp you speak of....even if the prisons here really suck and the population is higher, that might just mean the people here just suck and they all do dumber shit....
Hell you were just in another thread talking about spying on your neighbors. Youd be one of those guys locked up like "Allegedly I had binoculars, and photos of all the neighbors, but I was just bird watching and the neighbor happened to be in every picture. This whole county is corrupt, im gonna take it to the box, then sue em."

My boss got pulled over for a failed rejected inspection sticker 2 weeks ago and I got nervous as fuck brings I have an active warrant in the same city. But the police came to my side of the door but only asked my boss for his license and registration. He also had paperwork on the rejected inspection sticker so that helped out alot. Honestly thought I was gonna have to use the fancy footwork and run.

Meant to say no early release for 'good behavior'.
You'd have to go in front of the judge for a re-sentencing to get out early. Only the judge can put you in prison or let you out.
People typically serve their full sentence in Ohio.

They get released early on whats called judicial release. You know a lot of people that typically served all their time?

Depends on the sentence. There would still be a hearing. Lot's of judges here give the max with no early chances. They are all republican judges in our county, well the 2 common please judges. Seems that's the case for lower level felonies. Some higher felonies they give 2/3rds the max. They've given out some life sentences as well.
It's a tuff on crime community. Which is odd too because almost everyone did something at some point.
So for judical release the judge would sentence no more than and no less than. Which doesn't happen here that I hear about. Most of the cases are lower end drug felonies and some buglery. Mixed in with some theft, larceny. Once in awhile a bank robbery, arson, rape.
Seems to be a lot of sex crimes against kids anymore. Very often trusted teachers and preachers.
So if a judge gives the max of 18 months and 2 years post release, you do 18 months and two years post release. If post release is violated in Ohio you redo half your sentence, so another 9 months.
That is why it is not parole in Ohio. Because it is a method of doing more time than the max. Violating post release can turn a nickle that could of been 8 into a dime or 18 into 27 when 18 was the max.

Sucks man. Sorry to hear that. Cops have become revenue collectors for the state instead of partners with communities. Cops will generally do anything possible to bring a charge. Even if it requires lying, omitting or trickery.

She still in jail. She said judge was gonna give her a bond but then saw another judge signed off on a no bond and he didn't want to override him. So now I'm gonna call the DA and the judge on Monday and see what I can do...
