Newbie here. Had an original post here in the CA Fall Actives thread here: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26378014#26378014 which was ID'ed as p. cyanesens - although being a newbie wanted to also verify with TI.
------- Species # 1 (main) -----------------------
Location: Cal SF Peninsula
Habitat: woodchips in landscaped area, small flowers and bushes around.
Stem: white bruises blue (easiest place to see bruising when wet). No observable annulus.
Bruises: blue, when wet sometimes appearing dark blue-black. Easiest seen on stem when wet. As mushroom dries, more blue is scene on caps.
Cap: caramel or with some dyed dark from other mushroom spores and/or older instances). Viscid & smooth and wavy.
Spore Print: dark purple
Pics:

(A few additional pics in the mentioned thread: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26378014#26378014 )
------- Species # 2 (bonus) -----------------------
Being new, I wanted to continue to grow my knowledge in awareness of similar look-a-likes, especially toxic, so I kept my eye out for any similar looking species, especially galerina. This was the closest I found (beyond the small tubaria furfuracea )...

Location: SF Bay area
Habitat: landscaped woodchips
Stem: Brownish, more fiberous, and hollow. (No bruising). Has annulus (Removed annulus comment per comment below: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26387446#26387446 )
Cap: Medium-large, brown, can appear wavy. Non-viscid - more fiberous / suede-like.
Gills: brown.
Bruising: none
Spore print: not performed, as not collected

The first ones are Psilocybe cyanescens, as you suspected.
Second ones look like Lacrymaria lacrymabunda.

Small update on the bonus (species #2). Checked them out again in that spot - doesn't look like an annulus in that group. The annulus was very obvious in a different neighboring group. I'll strike out that detail in the original post.

Check the following description (L. velutina is synonymous with L. lacrymabunda):
"Stem: 4–10 cm long; 4–10 mm thick; equal; fibrillose or nearly bald; with a fragile ring or a ring zone that is darkened by spores; white above, pale brownish below; hollow; basal mycelium white."
