Hey all! Been dialing in my greenhouse but this colorado humidity is so much lower than tejas, I'm having a hard time balancing fae and humidity. Also, I used to use ultrasonic discs and a forced air system tbat supplied constant fae ut I left that system in tejas so now I'm temporarily stuck with a cool mist

Here's how they looked when I did a forced air system

I'm not mad. Most of that is going into tinctures anyway I'll probably save a couple pounds to eat myself.
Some dried reishi also going into tinctures

I want to get into Lions mane, does it really seem like it helps your brain? My head is so packed with stuff my short term memory sucks, maybe it's the weed.
You should look over my Martha tek in my sig, maybe something there will help you. You can use that dry air to your benefit. I live in high desert, my humidity is about 30% outside. I always use cool mist and similar humidifiers. I've used ultrasonic as well but wasn't impressed bc they failed frequently.

It's a good tasting mushroom I know that haha. This is the first time I've grown it purely for tinctures so I can't actually attest to how well it works for increasing neuroplasticity or helping with neurological issues. There's a bit of research out there though that says it does something.
I don't like to make claims of anything being a miracle cure so I don't. It's fun to grow though and tastes pretty good if prepped right!
Thanks I'll check out your link! I'm probably gonna end up getting more discs and building a new system though cause I liked it more and never had any issues with it

Ya I'm making pure reishi tinctures and reishi+lions mane tinctures.
Unless you actually meant dentures in which case, no, I dont think they'd make good teeth even though theyre called bears tooth fungus also

When you do buy more ultrasonics would you mind sharing a link? The ones I used only lasted a month Max. If there are good ones that are reliable I'd like to do a Martha build with them. Last few times I came home from work to a dry Martha bc my ultrasonic shit the bed. First I thought it was hard water deposits, then I ran only distilled and had the same issue, great for a few weeks then failure. I'm going to add all the different approaches to running a Martha but I have to do them one at a time. Soon as my pans are ready I'll be changing everything to run my inkbird controller.
Edit- forgot cult pic
These are x7x, think I'll have knots any day now. Top tub was closer to 1/4 spawn ratio. Shoe boxes were 1/1. Most are wheat berry spawn, one is wbs. I wanna see what the diff will be. Sub is coir/hpoo/verm 1/1/2. First time using coir, first time using shoe boxes.

Congratulations! Well done, those fruits look very healthy. Welcome to the Shroomery.
