 Trich before first flush

Hi,
I keep getting spots of Trich in my monos before the first flush even. I'm using a UK vendor for grain spawn and the first time this happened I also bought the mushy manure direct from them too. Even before full colonisation I am seeing Trich. The second time I made my own sub using manure pellets and verm and PC'ed sterile, again I have spots of trich coming up in different areas of my tub even before full colonisation.
As far as i can tell this would mean my sub is contaminated before it is even in the mono, right?
The colonised grain spawn looked very healthy before it was put into the mono.
Or is this an issue with airborne spores as i used two different sub sources and still got diseased very quickly?
Any help would be really appreciated.

Spawn is bad if its green before the first flush.
Also failure goes hand in hand with premade junk.
And if you're inoculating the grain directly with spores good luck.

Get some coir, hydrate and sterilize your own grain, and learn agar if you want to overcome the issue. Or keep buying premade shit and using spores but expect hit and miss results like you're having. My first ever grow was premade shit and spores to grain. If i recall correctly, i lost about half my bags but did end up fruiting two nice PE trays. It can work but it's not the best way.
