"God is also subject to the Laws of The Universe"
pardon my seriousness - but.... apparently this is supposed to be some sort of logic, & it ain't
the statement is of course dualistic
if you must insist on using the word 'God'
the non dualistic formulation, would seem to be:
'God is the Laws of The Universe & the universe, etc...'
The original statement proposed, of course contradicts the very definition of "God", (which it insists on using) and hence contradicts itself. It therefore proves nothing.
the usual formulation has a different method of attack, as it accepts the definition, but challenges the consequences of it: "Can an all powerful God Create A Rock So Heavy That He Cannot Lift It?"

Maybe you can say that dualism is a part of non dualism. Certainly Abrahamic religions seem inherently dualistic yet not devoid entirely of truth.

Perhaps free will is what doesnt exist? Anything you do is a consequence of what you have done and how the enviornment has responded thus far?
Does lack of free will in that sense make god any lesser?
