Extremely Slow Colonization

Hey everyone,
Has anyone had any experience with slow colonization in pf tek teks jars? I injected the jars (amazonas & ecuadorian) around mid August and they still are not fully colonised, far from it in fact. The growth that is there looks healthy to my amateur eyes. No signs of infection that I can see. Although some of the jars have started to sweat a bit recently as I tried to up the temperatures.
I think temperature is playing a big hand in it as its winter where I am, i am using a heating cable but the ambient temp being so low, that could possibly be making the cable pointless. At this stage, I'm guessing that even if I get full colonization, the growth of fruit will also be stunted by the cold.
If I just let the temperate fall or put the jars in the fridge, could I halt the mycelium growth until spring?

Id just let them grow. Slow is better than nothing. you may have some fruits before spring .vs no fruits until spring.

How low has the temperature been for your jars and for how long?
Half-pint jars are often ready to birth at 4-5 weeks. I could see low temps making it take twice as long(~8 weeks), but 16 weeks with a long way to go is a sign that something is wrong.

Where if you're alone, you know, you either come through it or you die, but in any case you avoid the fuss.'" - Terrence McKenna

As above, something seems off as its too long of a time.
But I just had a similar issue where my PF Classics took so long to finish (pushing 8 weeks) but are now nice and healthy birthed cakes.

Thanks for all of your responses.
I have them in a box with a cable set to 26°c (78f) but the room they are in is about 15°c (56f), it's been that way for over a month now. Pics attached.

Certainly something wrong there. Could be your moisture content could be gas exchange could be contaminated

I'm noticing some discolouration in the pics that I cant see with my eye because of the colour temp of the bulbs. I'd say the mycelium is definitely struggling. I think I might just have to dunk them and see if I salvage a spore print for another try? I bought these jars on German site called Glukspizle so i think I'll try my own grain jars instead.

If you want to try birth them rinse any uncolonized material off. Honestly they don't look healthy and I wouldn't get my hopes up
