What would be the best processor/graphics card upgrade for my computer?

So I recently just bought a cheap computer that looked promising but has failed to be good enough.
It is the Lenovo Ideacentre 510A-15ARR. It comes with an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G Processor, 1 terabyte hard drive, 4GB DDR4 RAM, Windows 10 Home 64-bit. (I am unable to figure out how to install Windows 10 Pro or any of the "N" versions. On the desktop I had before this one (Dell Vostro 260 with 4GB RAM, i5-2400 processor, 500GB hard drive) I would be given the option to install like 6 different operating system versions. On the Lenovo desktop, it automatically chooses Windows 10 Home and doesn't give me the option to install Windows 10 Pro or anything else.
I am unsatisfied with the Lenovo Ideacentre 510A-15ARR because it is not able to handle the game "Wolfenstein Enemy Territory" as well as the Dell Vostro 260. It's only a 271 megabyte download, it's not a big game, but somehow, this "Lenovo Ideacentre 510A-15ARR" computer which sells for quite a bit on some sites is unacceptably and disappointingly unable to handle games. I have ordered 1 8GB stick of RAM to add to it, hopeful that it will help me toward having a computer that is able to handle most games.
I had that game working absolutely perfectly on the Dell Vostro 260, there was no unsatisfaction, I did not have any problem with how the Vostro 260 handled Wolf ET, but on this new computer, it is not performing nearly as well at handling the game despite doing every possible thing I could think of or find on Google to try to tweak the system settings or the Ryzen settings.
I have googled and found that the AMD Ryzen 3 2200G Processor costs like 91 euros. I was recommended to buy a graphics card that only costs like 71 euros and I'm just wondering how it could be possible that the processor I currently have could cost more than the one that is better.
If anyone could recommend a graphics card that is within the 50 to 150 euros/dollars range that would be compatible with the Lenovo Ideacentre 510A-15ARR, motherboard System Model is " 90J0002RUK ", or perhaps provide some instructions on how to increase the quality or performance of the machine, I would greatly appreciate it, and I will be sure to share the information I'm given, as long as it's true, in return for being provided the information.
I've attached screenshots of several things, like the Overview section in AMD Radeon Settings.

Nvidia tends to be respected more.
No idea what the high level Intel chips are these days.
At least 8GB ram, probably better to get 16 or 32 to stay on top.
Probably as much video ram on the card.
I think the minimum ram is 8GB these days.
Just make sure the system can handle a better hardware if going that route.

I used to be a huge Nvidia and Intel fanboy, but recently AMD has been destroying Intel+Nvidia in terms of price, performance, and overall quality.
Nvidia has also transitioned their focus to more enterprise, and AI based. Granted they do still make consumer grade products, but as of late AMD has been taking the crown for consumer grade products.
