Weird spooks in the neighborhood
    #26378830 - 12/13/19 09:45 AM (4 years, 1 month ago)

I don't know if he was a cop are what.  Kinda thought the guy might be hacking wifi.  He parked 3 places on a short dead end street, staying each spot for 15 minutes or more.

He had no hair like most cops or federal.  But what could be so exciting to watch at 11am in the morning?  He wasn't with a utility company either, those are clearly marked.

I thought I saw he had a mechanics outfit on, and he was on his cellphone a lot.  He didn't appear to have any computers.  His windows were hard to see in.

Definitely seemed stalker like.  It was just odd that he parked 3 different places, like he was watching something.  When he left and went up the road to exit...it seemed like he stopped at a house that had drug activity or he saw me in the window.

Hate mysteries.

At this point I don't know anything.  Could be a hit man looking to get even on a drug deal for all I know.

Looked more like a fed if you ask me.

I used to see a lot of drug activity around here.  But the dude got kicked out it seems, by his woman.  Then another family moved out before that one moved into another house.

White trash problems I guess.  Hard to say though, I'm usually overly paranoid.  I've been surprised by professionals before.

Could be more serious stuff.  I gave some info to a group that is trying to deal with the murders of JFK, Malcolm X and MLK.

They replied that they were intrigued.

Lol.

I've learned that the real hard core professionals are overly paranoid as well.  So some overly paranoid thinking can keep you toe and toe with them.  Maybe even some steps ahead, if you can handle such severe paranoia.

Thought that secondly.  First, it looked like a car parked on the street visiting a person.  Then he moved down the road more, and sat there.

I walked my dog when he moved the third time, to the bottom of the street by the woods.  I checked him out as good as I could and he seemed nervous when I walk by the second time.  First was to get to the woods, second was leaving.

Got a partial plate but us lowly civilians don't have access to that info.

Looked professional as I've seen a good bit of that over 21 years.  I don't think he was checking out the house for sale.  Cause the two last places he parked were way past that.

It is weird when random people park on the street and just sit there

I have seen people do this when they need to check something on their phone though, instead of continuing to drive like most people do

Ya but creep down to end up parking at 3 different spots?  That's why I thought a wifi hacker at one point.

One never does know.  When he moved to the 2nd spot and parked, I thought about calling the cops.  Just cause it's odd for people to do such things.

Usually utility companies have the vehicle labeled so people don't suspect things.  Could be a stalker too, I dunno.  Lot's of houses on this street and it's usually quiet and I usually know the traffic.  I walk my dog a lot and both my dog and I can read a car inside the house by it's sound.

Spook is a slang term for a federal agent, usually FBI.

Dude came back and parked out front.  Looked like he was checking out the new neighbor girls place.  He was across the street on the other side, in his car in-front of hers.

She's been gone all week or so.  No idea what is going on.  Looks as if something is up.  It didn't look like her Dad and I got a better look.  Look likes he's got grey hair.

He noticed me looking out the window and took off.  Could be a private detective, hopefully not an ex or stalker.  She's always friendly with me and my dog, always waves and/or says hello.

We like good neighbors around here.

I'm thinking now it's some dude looking for or something related to my newer female neighbor.  He seems a bit old for her, so I don't know what to think.

He was eye balling her house real good.  First time he was on the street, the second place he parked was in front of hers.  After walking my dog and seeing him come back to the road...he was facing the other way in-front of her place.

I dunno, could be a debt collector, he kinda looked like a mechanic.  She doesn't drive a fancy car at all.

Sounds like a utility man came through the neighborhood to do some quick work at a couple houses and youve been smoking too much crack cocaine and peering through the blinds.

He never got out of the car.  I mentioned previously that utilities around here have labeled vehicles.  I've lived here for almost 9 years.  I've seen all the service vehicles.

Like I said, this dude was in some mechanic overalls.  Can't understand why a mechanic would take time off for a bill.  Usually just go to court and fact is you don't pay...you don't get your car.

You also mentioned you walked your dog into the woods. Cant imagine you had your eyes on this dude the whole time. I certainly dont think its impossible that he knocked on a couple doors at the very least and you didnt see

It's a little trail in the forest.  I could see his car the whole time.  I never heard any car doors and he didn't just do what you are suggesting.

Plus no services here where overalls other than mechanics.  It's not the 1950s.

Service people have service vehicles.  They advertise on their vehicles.  This dude was obviously checking out and eye-balling the new girls house quite a  bit.

No doubt fishy.  Exactly what it was I have no idea.  Problem is only ideas.

I'd rather not think about it.  I do hope my neighbor comes home soon so I know she's alright.
