Coco Loco: could this make a good substrate?

I've found really good to great results with a mix of dry horse manure, coco coir (powdered in magic bullet blender), vermiculate, gypsum, and a touch of coffee grounds/water or kelp meal.
Recently, I ordered a coco coir mix for my wife (she grows micro greens and hydroponic basil). It's called Coco Loco, by Fox Farms. It's a HUGE bag (we live in a studio apartment, so watch space). Anyways, since there is a lot of this, I thought about experimenting with some as a bulk sub (adding a little extra manure/gypsum, and verm if needed). The ingredients are: triple washed coco coir, composted forest humus, perlite (ugh!), earthworm castings, fossilized bat guano, kelp meal, oyster shell and dolomite lime.
I'm thinking this might be a good substrate (maybe I would add a little dry horse manure). My only concern is perlite (wish it was not in there). I'm assuming the oyster shell and dolomite would do similar things to what gypsum might do, except not provide sulphur (?), so maybe I would add a little gypsum. Anyways, does this look like overall, a good bulk substrate? or will the perlite offset it?

You could try it but the magnesium in dolomite is troubling

Thanks to both of you for the quick response. I decided I'm not going to risk it, I've come up with a combo that seems to work pretty well. So why waste my time if the dolomite in the coco loco mix might create issues? Will just use it for regular plants/microgreens
