Dark spots on caps (pics)

These are pics from three different containers that started pinning a few days ago. Many of the caps developed dark spots ~2 days after pinning. Does anyone recognize them as a common defect or a symptom of some illness/environmental mismanagement?
These are my first grows and I have no idea whether they're too wet or too dry. I give 'em a light misting each day (spray directly on sub & shrooms). I figure the jars need it and the tubs maybe not so much, but the substrates shrunk a lot and don't look too wet, so I thought they might like some replenishment after all. There are a lot of side pins and even some bottom pins, despite the top pins.
The fourth pic is hopefully something else as it seems to disfigure the cap quite a bit.

Looks like discoloration from drops of water dripping off the lid.

Hmmm... I don't think the lids drip at all in this case: they only develop a fine mist since the openings are nearby (unmodded tubs). The jar is bagged (ziploc) and there's never condensation inside the bag, so no drops for sure, but still the same symptom...

You may not have seen them fall but those are water droplet spots.

Thank you all for the replies! I stopped misting and just (partial) harvested the tubs discussed here, a 22l (23qt) ikea tub & ~15l square bucket.
I would appreciate some more advice on how to improve future grows.
First observation was that, esp. in the ikea tub, many stems were a bit hollow. Is that from too much water/misting?

Second observation was that the fruits were super dense but small (max fruit height was 12cm=4.7in, max weight just above 7g) and there were lots of side pins, even though I tried hard with surface conditions and, thanks to that, have lots of top pins, too. Any tips in this regard?

I'm quite happy with the yield (hopefully not all water). So far I got 350g from the ikea tub (spawn was three 720ml=1.5pint jars, 3/4 full) and 150g from the bucket (less than half as much spawn). And there's still a lot left to pick tomorrow:

Hollow stems are normal, temps above low 70s are supposed to make them more hollow though. If you fruited below like 74 it’s just genetics.

Looks good!
Your amount of side pins isn’t that bad, and a liner would probably stop or reduce them. Which is just a plastic trash bag lining the bottom that shrinks with the sub to prevent the nice side microclimate that side pins enjoy.
