well the jar is full colonized but there strange yellow lines,contaminated ?

That doesn't look good. Never in all of my jars have I ever seen something like that. Wait for a proper ID on what the contaminant is from someone who is a specialist on this but definitely looks like bacterial contam to me.

Your case looks like the textbook example of "Sectoring" :
"Sectoring - When two different fungal species are growing in the same substrate they tend to form distinct borders between the two mycelia. Often a line of metabolites may be seen where the two fungi meet. Hourglass shaped mold sectors in PF jars are almost always the result of a compromised dry vermiculite layer whereas circular mold colonies are usually the result of a mold growing from one of the inoculation points."

It's bacterial. The myc ran into something it didn't like. It might not be a lost cause though.
