Most of these are likely a Deconica species, either D. coprophila and/or D. merdaria.
In the second set, pictures 12 and 13 look like a Conocybe species.
A bit curious though on pictures 2 to 4 in the second set, it might just be the light, but it might look like some blue in the lower part of the stems of those. Did you pick any of these? Are you close to the spot and able to get some clearer pictures?
Welcome to the Shroomery.

Look at the 2nd picture on this url https://www.first-nature.com/fungi/conocybe-pubescens.php . It's the same as the mushroom on pictures 12 and 13, isn't it?

Yes I can see blue on the pictures too. I didn't pick them. I'll go to the spot and check for blue color on the stem. What does it mean if the color is blue on the stem?

Psilocybe liniformans is a rare species growing on horse dung. It's most significant characteristic, apart from the "usual" ones (hygrophanous cap, fibrillose stem, blue bruising), is that there is a gelatinous thread going radially along the gill edges, which you can separate with a needle or a similar pointy application.
I don't think it has been found in Italy yet, so you can pick a few of them and check the for the mentioned characteristics.
If your find is an active species it is also possibly Psilocybe fimetaria, similar to P. liniformans but without the separable gill edge.
