Most of us store spores in ziolock bags of sorts print on foil.
They last years like that so why vacuum seal?

I lived in Hawaii for a few years and I just put my prints in a Ziploc bag....seemed to work fine.

I am telling you what happened in my house. I have found mold in spores few times . Maybe depends too from which kind of building you have : i have a hut with palm roof . No glass on the windows and the house is open . Belive me or not , if i do not use my belt or my wallet for 3 days , became completely green . Thanks to give your opinion BUT : Can sameone explain to me : Can i put under vacuum my spores or i can ruin them?

You got moldy prints becasue they weren't dry when you packaged them... Go ahead and vac pack... and it won't hurt prints at all... that are dried properly. Waste of time though. You seem like you want people to say yes so you can do what you're set to do anyway.

I'm sure it wont hurt.
Btw the spores have to be completely dry because any moisture will be sealed in with the print.

Spores can handle vacuum fine as far as I know... have you tried keeping a putting a desiccant pack in your ziplock along with your print? This may be easier than packing in vacuum and should work.

Thanks a lot for all the answer....the desiccant pack in the ziplock can help a lot and even better inside a vacuum sealed bag I am not getting mad to everyone, i am just interested in a answer to my question that was: " i am asking if is possible to store spores under vacuum." You can answer : yes you can because ...... or you can answer : no, you cannot because .....
Mayority of the people in this forum is living in a western country with western housies and facilities. But the third world countries in the tropics are completely differet from where you live . Haway has a similar weather but has for sure advaced houses , big malls where you can buy almost everything , Amazon and Ebay delivery and is a huge difference . Where i live , the combination of a very tropical weather , open houses , high humidity ,slow economy , bad internet connections , lack of money , makes growing mushrooms much more difficult than where you live.... this is why i am one of the few mushroom growers of the country ( maybe i am the only one !!! )
I'd really like that some of you will visit me and i am sure you'll be impressed of this situatuation . For people interested i offer free stay in exchange of spores, general help and suggestions

Bod, For sure they have it in Jamaica, i am not saying not. If you have a good lab with solid walls , windows, Aircondition and controlled temperature and humidity , is much more easy than in my situation...
Anyway , love and peace to everyone .π€π΄ππππππ
I AM REALLY GRATEFULL TO ALL THE PEOPLE OF THIS FORUM BECAUSE YOU ARE THE BIGGEST HELP FOR ME .... i am growing mushrooms just because you help me a lot . Without your help was impossible for me . So, i am sorry if you fell offended , but i am really happy and grateful to be in this forum !!! π

Thatβs awesome youβre able to get it done out there.
Is there any reason not to store multiple prints/varieties all in one ziplock bag if theyβre all folded in separate foils?? All cube.
