Hi guys, I am new to Shroomery and this is my first attempt in growing Mushrooms. Please help on whether this is cobweb or mycelium. I saw my first signs of Mycelium after three weeks and the growth was extremely rapid since then and I see this within 3 days.

That's pretty fast, but it looks like mycelium.
Cobweb is rare in jars, Ive read.

Definitely not cobweb. I've had cobweb in jars before, back in the day before I read my PC manual and didn't know to vent before placing the weight. That said it's not healthy looking and 0 growth for 3 weeks then near full colonization in 3 days sounds bizarre. Could you get a better picture?

It was not 0 for all three weeks. My kernels started showing white spots and then there was a place where there was steady growth of mycelium or cobweb and I felt happy. After that, the whole jar showed like this in 3 days.

Yes, I shook it once on my second weed since inoculation. That was basically due to impatience.
I will tell you. My kernels were bone dry because I had not soaked them for 24hrs before cooking/boiling. No water content in the jar like you are seeing now. That was surprising to see water droplets inside the jar after Mycelium or contams started growing. After 2 weeks, Few popcorn skins got pealed and I could see white stuff layer coming inside from it. I assumed that was were the mycelium is going to spread. But it was stuck and stayed so for another whole week. I shook my jar very hard and let it stay. another week and nothing happened. I lost it and I thought it failed.
After 3 weeks, I see a place where there was a nervous like spread, like in agar plates but it wasn't clear. Then I saw a spot where it grew nicely. Then to this in 3 days

There's no cobweb. It's hard to understand your timeline. Anyway it seems bacterial which would accout for the condensation and the wet lookong grains against the glass. If you put spores to grain thats likely where you went wrong contam wise. As for not soaking before boiling that didn't cause your grain to be dry. Boiling is forced hydration, so if you didn't hydrate them adequately you must not have cooked them long enough. Regardless, there is clearly enough moisture for colonization. I reccomend starting with spores on agar. This jar may produce, but it's not going to do well. Again an updated picture with better clarity would really help.
