You can get a certified copy of your birth certificate from a public records office. As for your SSN, you could just be fucking up when you enter it or you may have been hit by identity theft.

I haven’t had a social security card for 30 years. I still got my real ID complaint license. It was a pain in the ass, but I got it

I had to get a Real ID for work. It took about five minutes after the two hour wait at the DMV.

All I had to do is show them my birth certificate, SS card, and some mail in my name.

I wasn't born in a hospital so I guard my birth certificate with great care.

It’s just easier using my passport for the high security shit anyways. I never really needed the real ID
License, but they sent me it anyways since I already had the documents on file. My regular license doesn’t expire for Another 5 years.

You’re in Maryland right? I got my real id without using a social security card. I just used my tax return for proof of social security number

I went through Identity theft. Specifically SSN.

You will spend days and weeks on the phone. Get used to it. You may even have to change your SSN by getting a new one.

This is assuming you have theft.

I would go to an office in person and sit down with someone.

Write a congressman or senator. Call too.
