Rainbow Changa Recipe

My goal is to have a rainbow of vibrant colors in a changa recipe that is also an ok smoke. Here is what I currently have ordered:
50% mullein (I need a less ugly base) 20% rose petals (as vibrant a red I can smoke?) 20% lavender (deep purple, maybe too much tho) 10% spearmint (just for flavor) + 100% SPICE
I ordered these because I found an online store that sells tiny amounts, and that was all they had, BUT, here us my expanded deep pocket list:
- Cornflowers (They are so damn blue) - Eucalyptus (vibrant light green) - Lotus stamens (vibrant yellow, not sure if ok to smoke) - Saffron ( $$$ for deep red) - Klip dagga or calendula (orange) - Damiana (may be a better base color, but it seems there are a variety of colors) - White sage (very white, but smoking it sounds nasty... I'll still try it) - Pink Lotus (muted light purple or pink depending on source) - Blue lotus (a purple similar to lavender) - Indian warrior (can be pink with white, can be ugly) - Calea (can be a lighter green) - Jasmine flower ( can be a nice yellow or muted beige)
If you know any others please add. I made sure to find at least 1 internet account of these materials in a smoking blend, so I think they are ok for smoking, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, please help me find a base with color. My goal is childish, yes, but you have to agree that packing a rainbow and smoking it sounds really enjoyable.
Edit: added more to list Edit 2: added more!

Calendula petals are a tasty and vibrant yellow/orange admix that is popular in changa--
You should include passionflower, mugwort, skullcap, and pao d'arco bark-- also consider Mexican Tarragon-- they include burnt yellow/orange flower buds as well as tasting incredible and contributes to visual stimulation

Lions tail is a great addition as well for colour and additional effect.
My personal favourite home recipe is
40% mullein 25% mugwort 15% passiflora incarnata leaf 10% blue lotus petal 10% lions tail
Then mixed 2:2:1 herbs:DMT:harmalas
Not quite as colourful as your suggestions as the mugwort is fairly dark, but the passiflora is very light green. I find the mix really rockets. Even smoked before adding it the alkaloids it's pretty heady stuff.

I appreciate the information
Tarragon sounds like it gets both flavor and color.
And you both suggested mugwort. My intuition has been nagging me about that one. A remote viewing instructor claimed that mugwort aided viewing abilities(take that with a grain or heap of salt, but I suspect it aids the mind in some hard to describe way)
It seems like passion flower is highly favored, looks like I must add it.
I could probably be happy with 30%-50% vibrant herb, and the rest active ingredients.

It may have already occurred to you, but infuse the dmt to the base herb before mixing in your vibrant petals, because acetone will leech those colors out into a dark brown.

I cannot appreciate this enough. I did not know that would be an issue. You have earned a heap of karma today.

I think I will call this Taste the Rainbow
10% rose petals - red 10% calendula - orange 10% jasmine - yellow 10% passion flower - green 10% cornflower - blue 10% lotus petal - purple 10% sage - white
15% mugwort - blah 15% mullein - blah
The real question here is: will 1g dissolve onto .3g?

Only one way to find out. I think not, though. My mix in that pic was 1.5g dmt/harmala crystals : 1g base herbs. I used mullein and caapi leaf as a base and if you look close in the pic those light brown herbs are caked in brown-sugar looking crystals. Any more concentrated than 1:1 and you're pretty much piling on chunks of undistributed alkaloids. Which just means your changa will be more sticky and dense than fluffy.
Might also consider if your changa is completed this way, 30% of the herbs will hold all of the DMT. And that 30% will be much more dense and heavy than the flower petals and other un-infused herbs. It might be hard to keep it mixed evenly if the active component keeps sifting to the bottom of the blend. One thing that can throw you off is when you pinch into your blend for a dose, depending on how well it's mixed you could be grabbing almost all or none of the DMT part.
The mix in my picture is only 15% colored herbs and it still turned out fairly vibrant.

I found when adding too much DMT to herb it turns to rocks and doesn't burn good.

Good to know there is a definite limit to enhanced leaf strength, and the dosing issues with mixed enhanced with non-enhanced plants.
Perhaps I could use another infusion process. Time to go read dmt Nexus for a few hours. I do like your blend; it is reasonable, I'm just stubborn.
(Btw, infinite gratitude for the information, yinz prevented multiple mistakes I would make)

The whole point of having harmalas in the mix is to potentiate the DMT-- you don't need to use as much to get great effects.
