Stalled growth in small Tubs (with pics)

Hi,
I have spawned some Golden Teachers to two small Tubs ~9 Liters. The first flush was fabulous and there were extremely many pins that (I hoped) were waiting to be part of the second flush.
After harvesting I dunked the block for one hour in water then removed the water and put it again into fruiting. Now, I might have added too little FAE (did not fan). After some time the pins and cut stumps from the first flush began to turn white. It seemed that the mycelium started to "eat" the remaining pins and stumps. After a day or so it started to produce those white knots again, so I hoped, that it would just "recolonize" the surface and start with the next flush.
Since the harvest of the first flush there has passed over one week and I can not see any significant growth whatsoever (except from one fat pin that also seems to have stalled). I have started fanning and misting. Fanning multiple times a day. But still there is no change.
What can I do now? Should I throw them out and start over?
This is how they look now:

Looks a little dry... is it from grains or brf to bulk??
When you dunked was the sub completely submerged? 1 hour seems on the shorter end of dunk times. I think 3 hour minimum is somewhat standard.
Might be spent tho...
you could try dunking again or just give a nice heavy mist and see if anything happens...

What kind of spawn, what kind of sub, how deep is your sub, usually after pinset you should take the lid off to maximize fae, sometimes after a flush you don't need to dunk just mist until sub is well hydrated. You might benefit from removing the aborts and flipping the sub

It's from WBS (mostly millet). I've misted it like 3-4 times daily with a very fine spraying bottle. Maybe I need to give it more...
I filled the tub until the block was completely elevated, then I pressed it under water until no air bubbles came out anymore, then I put the lid on (which submerged it ~99% with a little air bubble at the top) and let it sit for well over one hour.
I had a ratio of 1:2 and only one flush, do you really think there's the possibility that it's spent?
Also, all those little pins that are all over the place have died/stalled. Very strange...

It's WBS (millet), 650gr Coir/ 2qt Verm/ handfull Gypsum, used to fill 3 9 Liter tubs. Added around 1.5 qt Spawn. Depth is 6-7 cm (2.3 - 2.7 inches)

That sounds interesting. I'll wait another day and if nothing changes I might aswel try that.

Shallower subs hold less water and tend to produce smaller fruits. A depth of 3.5 - 4inches is ideal for multiple dense flushes. I'm guessing your tub stalled because of poor surface conditions

I wouldn't call it shallow. It's like a small monotub. Look:

As you can see, at the bottom there is a spot that is not colonized properly. Could that be bacteria? If not, do you think it will colonize after flipping? Should I put it in colonization conditions (lid closed, temp increased) after flipping?

Strange thing is, it gave such a great first flush. And also, I tripped from it and did not realize any difference..

Well, I guess you are right about that. How about consuming the resulting shrooms (if any)? Would you take the risk? Or upon what would your decision depend?
Thanks btw for your time

If the tub produces any distinct odor besides mushrooms I'd probably not eat them, you could still take clone culters and prints tho
