Never speak to the police. 1

Not even if you think you didn't do anything wrong. It's their job to catch you doing something you are not supposed to. No matter how friendly they seem, they are not your friend. You want to remain silent, you do not consent to any search or seizure and you want to speak to a lawyer. Those are the only words you should ever say to the cops without a lawyer representing you. Ever. Don't even call the cops for anything, let someone else do that if they want to. Someone get shot? Call a medic, and let someone else talk to the police.

There are some issues with that. They'll say you were not cooperating and interfering with an investigation. They may even get violent and sure as shit will threaten.

Not if you repeat what I just outlined. They can arrest you for not cooperating but it will always get thrown out in court. That's an intimidation tactic and you can probably sue them for false arrest.

Why? I don't think you know my local court.
There is no concrete game plan. You are assuming cops only question guilty parties. Most of the time they question people minding their own business.

You dont have to say shit if you’re minding your own business and there is no legal obligation to do so simple!
Even if you have, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you do or don’t say may be given as evidence.
Know your rights! and when the time comes, chances are the police will fabricate a story or fit you into an ambiguous matching of description wether true or not (I’d ask, when was this person “matching my description” supposedly reported doing whatever it was) . They use this to excuse further probing or a probable search violating more privacy.
Always challenge them based on the unfairness of being subjected to being wrongfully profiled labelled or accused.
You’d be surprised how much someone can be swayed with being kind and respectful
Show no fear, tell them they are wrong...but most importantly, show respect

Lol, a number of cops conduct themselves if they were a special forces death squad.

In my home town the police constantly harrassed me. I got stopped by an entire CRT team while walking down the road minding my own business. They were constantly following me around. My friends would tell me about how the police would ask them questions about me. I was a bad kid but not so much to warrant an armed invasion of my home like I am terrorist. I ended leaving Louisiana as soon as I had the chance. Now the police here treat me entirely different. Not like a suspect for sure. I keep a lawyer on retainer always.

You wana try living in a country where sectarian groups terrorised communities, even their own... bullied, intimidated, shot for punishment or worse...bombed or murdered
Police where nothing really In comparison to the reality surrounding even though they were more like the SS. It’s calmed down now, but fear and intimidation still permeate through society beneath the rule of law

It really depends on the situation.
For example if the police find a bunch of mushrooms in your car, it may be best to talk their ears off about them.
I've tried both ways. In 2014 they found 30 bags of mushrooms in my trunk, and I didn't speak to the police. They arrested me for them, spent five days in jail. They eventually tested negative and I sued the police and won, but it took a year to get my mushrooms back.
A few months ago the police found 800 bags of mushrooms in my car. I talked their ears off about them to whoever would listen. They eventually called a DEA agent to look at them, and after six hours they let me go, paid my car impound fees and gave all the mushrooms back. I am sure if I had not talked to the police, they would have arrested me on serious psilocybin distribution charges and it would have taken a long time to clear up.

What kind of mushrooms are they. You could have got yourself into a lot of real trouble talking to them. Doesn't matter if you are right or not. I used to think the same way about it.

I had about 500 different species.
I definitely would have been in a lot of trouble had I not talked to them, so I think I made the right decision.

Why did you have 500 species of mushrooms in your car in the first place?

Police will perhaps take you to mental institution if you refuse to speak, acting strangely.
They like to deal with people.
I've gotten away with a lot on probation by talking. I almost went to prison. I did enough drugs my first time, and that was felony paper.
But almost a decade of probation wore me down, that and meds. So I realize that my path was just all I knew. I found that there are other ways, that require less constant stress of resistance.
But I still do have bad dreams and day dreams that are of bad mood. Which is a whole reason not to go into activities that should be a good time and would be ruined.
My best advise is to avoid activities that would attract police. No matter how interesting they may be.

I want to remain silent, I do not consent to any search or seizure and I want to speak to a lawyer. That's all I say after asking i'm free to go or being detained.

Well that sucks if you have a large grow behind you. As you close and lock the door.
