What a predicament, seeking guidance...

I just finished my 1st flush on my 1st tub and I have 5 qts of spawn that's been colonized for a month that's just waiting for this tub to finish so I can spawn them.
My options are:
A.) dump the tub now that I've harvested my 1st flush and spawn my 5 qts into said tub today...
B.) Soak said tub, wait until 2nd flush is done, then spawn ghe other jars when that time comes....(my first grow so I'm not sure how long that would take)
Note: buying another tub is not an option. Best I could do is maybe 1 additional shoebox and that wouldn't be enough for all my spawn.
So I'm stuck....i want the potential end yield to be the primary factor for making the choice.
So If waiting however long until the 2nd flush is done to spawn my jars, won't compromise the spawn too much then I think I'd rather wait...
But if the couple weeks or whatever it takes to get that second flush is too detrimental to the already aged spawn, to guarantee good results then I would rather forget the second flush and spawn my month old jars asap...
How much can I expect to get out of a 2nd flush, 20% of first, 30%....etc?

Another option is fruiting directly from the colonized jars. You can simple take the lids off to introduce FAE and you should see pinning fairly soon. The yield will certainly be smaller than spawning to a monotub, but you'll be able to fruit these at the same time that you're fruiting your existing tub.

I'd throw off the shackles of the self impossed limit of not getting more tubs and go get some more tubs

Or get creative, you can grow in anything really. Got a spare Bathtub ? A box? A bag? A vase? A coffee cup? A dresser drawer? Or there’s a cool thread with unique and creative grow containers but I can’t find it. I’m really bad with the search function lol
If you don’t like that I would one and done it.

are you running a clone or MS? if its MS toss it the spawn in your jar could have twice the yeild. If its a clone you could do either

They are both from an agar plate that was 2 transfers away from the germination plate...put that to lc and inoculated all my spawn with that lc...
I'm not sure what u mean tho...just put my spawn ontop of my other substrate..?

You could always do the one more shoebox and put 2 or 3 quarts of spawn and just fill it to the brim. Or if the one more shoe meant room for one more dubtub get two shoeboxes and don’t dub them.
Either way it’s one of the better problems to be having right?

I'd take the spawn and make an outdoor bed, then start another batch of spawn with your LC. Then buy more tubs or only make enough spawn for your 1 tub.

buy moar tubz! echo...
if not, wait to flush out your grow as long as you want/or it provides. Your grain jars at 100% colonized will be fine, say up to 2 months beyond 100% (re: Stamets in GG&MM), after which they start losing 'vigor'. stick them in the fridge to slow this down even more if needing more time before spawning.

I disagree with variegateds notion that the ms won't produce as much as a clone overall.
We've been over this before. Run another tub, there's always space.

I get it, got about 6 sq ft of grow space myself. The way I get around it is look for short tubs. Something like the ones used in SoS Tek. Basically, there’s no need to give fruit so much vertical room. I got 4 monos and 7 shoeboxes going, all in 2 neat stacks, with enough space left over to store my SAB on top of the stack.
