Showing mycelial growth and no clear signs of contamination, so I'd say it looks good! Keep a close eye on it as it grows out. You'll get more and more familiar with mycelial behavior on agar with practice. Great start!

No worries! It does that sometimes. Totally normal. Even the growth from swabs/prints can vary substantially. Always really helpful to see examples of growth like in the pics you provided to help people get familiar with the various patterns. Thanks for uploading!

If you look at the plate date, that’s actually 10 days growth. Looking good, nonetheless :super I usually transfer my clones a bit sooner if it’s directly from tissue, but that looks pretty clean. Get it on a couple fresh plates, then get that clone runnin on some grains

Yes you are right 10 days from when i first started but 4 days between picture. took a few days for it to really do anything.i do have it on some new plates now. would you go to grain from t2 if it looks clean or should i wait a few transfers like i normally would from a print Thanks

T2 is fine if it looks uniform and has been clean along the way.
