A few good Questions on chicken manure and cloning and flow hoods etc

Hi! Ive been at this world for a while, but I have many questions. I mostly soloed the process thus far.
I aim to get that perfect bin. Ive made many bins, but I have never had that perfect bin where it has a complete canopy. I attest this to the fact that I never used clones? Now I have some clones made, but Im not sure they are the best. I actually was able to get some rye seeds with an awesome clone on them.
These seeds were labeled Agar to grain. So I some of the grains and put them in petri dishes. Now I have like 24 dishes going. My question for this is will it be ok fo rme to make a master culture of this? Like its not going to add to the senesence just cuz It went from agar to grains once right? Another question I had is if its just as cool to use that mycelium if its pinning in the jar? Does like the mycelium get old cuz its pinning?
Another question I have is about chicken manure. So many people, including RR, say that chicken shit is THE SHIT. People say it must be composted though and I dont know how to do that. My question is how do I get chicken shit to work? Can I buy it fully composted? Do you think its better than cofffee? Ive never used coffee. I just want that perfect canopy ya k now?
Also another question I have is what do you guys think that perfect canopy is? Should I be aiming for like 7-8 oz off first flush? What is the maximum reasonable number of oz one can pull from 1 monotub?
ANd finally I was wondering if you guys knew where I could buy a good flow hood big enough to do bags? I can make one if I need, but damn it would be nice to just order on for an extra hundred bucks.
Thank you so much Shroomery!

Firstly I, and many others, have gotten canopies from MS. I would not worry about senescence. I would just use grain spawn to coir, no coffee, no chicken poo. Use chicken poo for plants, although you may need to adjust ph IDK. You can buy flowhoods large enough, but you could build larger ones for the same cost.
Built my 2x4 for ~$550. Fungi Perfecti sells their comparable unit for $1,899 before tax and shipping.

Multi spore is always a crapshoot tho. I've already done many bins with multispore. The best bin I ever did was a horse poo one. The thing about horsepoo is you need a lot of it.
I hear you on the flowhood. Its too much to buy like that.
So making a culture slant from something that went from Agar to Grain and then to Agar again is going to be just fine?

Yes it's fine but you just can go agar-slant. Going agar-grain-agar-slant is extra steps.
MS isnt a crapshot ime. Give good conditions and most Ms will pump out fruits.

MS to 100% coir. You do not need or want chicken shit.

^- where does one buy a chicken manure bag that is composted?
ya I have gotten canopy like that off of multispore before, but sometimes its not that great. One thing I noticed is those fruits you showed me werent that big. How much did you get off of those 4-5 ounces? WHats the difference between that and the guy who apparently get 12 ounces off the first flush? Do you think thats even possible. I remember a tek where the the guy used coffee coir verm and gypsum. He just did 1 flush and got 12oz. Is that even real? Thats the holy grail if you ask me lol.
Where can I buy a 24 x 48 hepa filter? its actually harder than it looks. Do you guys think 24 x 24 is ok for bags?

You are correct they were slightly smaller than I'd like. Tbh I dont remember the yield.
Yield is relative to spawn. 12oz dry isnt unheard of but not from 2 or 3qts spawn like my pics were.

Trippleblack gets 10oz flush canopies of PE with 8qt of spawn. He says he's got an isplate he wprked on for years and owes the yield to his drawing fresh air in and controlling humidity with humidifiers on cycle.
Got my filter here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Flanders-HEPA-0-007-4-19-04-SU-00-00-M-GQ-695-CFM-23-375x47-375x6-656/264265584515?pageci=74101699-099b-44cb-8c24-7bd4077061fd

Very cool. Where did you get your filter and what is the make/model of it, if you don't mind sharing?
