Cobweb or Copelandia myc growing on substrate (in a plant pot)?

Hello and thanks in advance for your help. I searched around in this forum and around the web and even on books but I can't find anything similar to what is happening in my plant pot.
I discarded a jar full of inactive Panaeolus Cyanescens spawn in a plant pot at home. After watering I noticed the formation of a tiny mycelium. I covered it with some casing. Now the myc is growing on the casing. I think this maybe cobweb. I am confused because I have red that cobwrb is an infestant and requires mushroom myc or fruits to grow on, or around, them. But my jar, inoculated with C. Cyan spores in a mix of sterilized grain, straw and horse manure, was inactive, after two months of incubation at 78F I discarded it in the pot. What do you think about it?

You may very well have some good mycelium there...hard to tell from your pic thou...Keep your surface moist and keep checking for hyphal knotting//pins... Pans are fast..you should see something within a week if conditions are right it really is pan. mycelium and not some other imposter. Hope you get sum

Yesterday I had relocated the plant outside because it was moisty and humid, fresh from the rains. It rained lightly all night. The temperature dropped, the humidity grew, the ideal conditions for mushroom growth were created effortlessly by mother Nature... After reading the encouraging post from Zifozonke I went outside to take a look, and...SURPRISE! I find some mushrooms popping from the soil. I have no idea if these are Panaeolus Cyanescens Hawaiian, the strain which mycelium I tried to grow in the jar that I discarded in the pot because I thought it was "inactive'. But now I know that it's not Cobweb. ...what will these mushrooms be..?
