The Transhuman Agenda?

Disappearing behind us is the end of the world as we knew it and maybe the end of history, some kind of 'Eschaton', as Terence McKenna once described it pervades everything. The future is now drawing us in faster than the past holds us back. An obvious consequence to this scenario is the end of the conservative, the traditional and the archaic, plus the naïve notion that somehow we can return to childhood, to the fantasy of any creation myth, like the Garden of Eden. But nothing will stop the evolutionary momentum. The conservatives and the traditionals are on the verge of extinction and the institutions associated with them can sense it. The train with no brakes continues downhill driven by the Insane Driver and so it is doomed to go off the rails at some Omega Point because the evolutionary momentum and future attractors are just too great. The Cosmic Egg has cracked. Look in the mirror. A new you is being formed. There is no turning back. Humanity+ cometh. Schwann Cybershaman December 7th 2019

I'm the biggest mark, but he was wrong about a lot (Timewave Zero was a huge part of his novelty mapping theory, that failed spectacularly lol) and this is one of those things IMHO.
For everything he's spot on about regarding chemical compounds, and past cultures I feel he gets wrong regarding theoretical concepts regarding time, space, and future cultures. He was a stellar mycologist/ethnobotonist and orator that should have stayed in his lane a bit more IMHO.

That pic has my mind all confused.
Why does portions of that guys arm and portions of the keyboard and other things on the desk look so pixelated and blue in color?
There's several things going on in that pic that doesn't make sense to my mind..Who is that guy and what is going on in that image?

Greetings, I'm Schwann and I am the OP and the weirdo in the pic. I used to hang out here all the time. The pic is a composite overlay of multiple dimensions, but you can call it the (old) Headspace Space Station because my house burned down with my Mckenna archive and all my stuff, incl a box full of tape and VHS that Dennis McKenna once sent me for safekeeping. Fortunately, the hundreds of hours of tape reside in my brain as I've seen every single second as I was there I wrote a book (Journey to Everywhere), describing my experiences not unlike Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It's all in there. The website link below has all my stuff...meanwhile, by all means AMA...

Is it your intention to only come to this site as a PR puppet for yourself? Or are you like that in every day existence with everyone else as well?
I looked back through years of your posts and there were very few where you weren't name dropping McKenna and I was unable to find one with any merit. There was one that almost got me excited, on the topic of microdosing... Went something like "great to read about microdosing, I've been doing it for 20 years" which is where I got interested that you had something to offer, followed shortly by "Terence McKenna, here a link to my book." Your post above is exactly the same format, almost something of worth, but sadly turns into a guileless namedrop and book plug.
This site is one of the most persistent and active psychedelic communities internationally over the last 20 years and you have failed to contribute anything of value. It's a shame you understand the dynamic of this place so little. I have read about other posters from this site in other places, yet I've never heard of you. You never gave anyone here a reason to pay attention besides saying "McKenna" over and over again.

Funny how McKenna moved to the Big Island which might be one of the most removed places from technology and urbanization in America, especially back in the 90s. He might have claimed inevitability of the takeover of technology, but obviously he still had enough hope for the archaic's survival to move to one of the biggest jungles in the USA.
Or perhaps he wanted to experience such a place before it was gone.
Funny thing though, how being a 'futurist' and claiming the end of the archaic was inevitable he chose to leave the city life and move into the jungle.
