Hey guys,
I found a couple of these growing in Central California, in somewhat sandy soil, topped with wood chips. Stem: 60 mm Length, 15 mm diameter, Cap: 60 mm Diameter Spore print color: in progress
Does anybody know what can these be?
Thanks!

Doesn't look like Agaricus - those are brown spored, and while the gills can remain light before they mature, they usually aren't bright white like that - pinkish is common.
That looks like a Russula to me.
-------------------- Disclaimer - I'm just a hobbyist and cannot absolutely guarantee any ID offered. I'm most familiar with the species found in the Pacific Northwest - those found in other parts of the world may vary considerably, so always do your own research to find out what grows in your area and what lookalikes you need to be aware of. Understand that many mushroom species cannot be 100% reliably identified by photographs alone, even by an expert, so it may not be possible to go beyond suggesting a probable genus.

I don't think so, that mushroom has a bulbous base and a pretty distinct ring above the volva. I think it's Amanita sp., unless there's a section of Russula that has these features that I'm not familiar with
