I don’t like it. Ever since my opiate addiction it’s a chore. I used to love it and have no lack of motivation ever. It does make my brain feel better. It’s like a mild long duration natural opioid

I walk or ride my bike to work but it’s not very far. I like that I’m trying that feels good. Doing yoga for me is a form of meditation so walking, biking, yoga is exercise but low impact stuff
Seems to be going good

I don't enjoy it. It's hard work. But that's also something cool about it. You put in hard work, and you get something meaningful out of it. Sadly, few things in life actually work like that.

I don't like it, but I need to do it because a sedimentary lifestyle is unhealthy.

I almost STAL'd cause no option for 'LOVE IT'.
Seriously, it's such a huge part of my life and I hope it remains that way. Nothing I've ever done has ever made me feel so good. And not only that it's brought me in touch with some of the most incredible people I've ever met.
So:
1. Feel great 2. Look great 3. Meet amazing people 4. Great hobby 5. Provide focus and motivation for other aspects of life, like eating well 6. etc
What's not to love?!?!

STAL
do not like working out, but like the lingering effects it has on my body
like Joe Rogan talks about how most of the time he doesn't want to exercise but he pushes himself to anyway

I LOVE cardio. I'll put in 10 miles easy on the elliptical, averaging a 6 minute mile.
I'm not a fan of lifting, but I'm easing into it because I do want to be tone. I don't wanna be jacked but I want muscles. I tell people I want a Tupac body, not a body like The Rock.

I do boxing and muay thai
Ive found that my body is kind of addicted to it.
I get adrenaline rushes from it.

My feelings EXACTLY. I'm doing pretty damn fine at overriding my age and my genetic tendencies when it comes to that too.

All the big/well built men you see on the 'silver screen' use steroids.

Actors, famous jocks, cops, military
There's a certain limit to how big you can get naturally
Testosterone starts to decline in your early 20s,
Ive heard its about .5 - 2% every year
Depending on how well you take care of yourself and how often you exercise.
