THE GROUNDING THREAD

When you have raised the Energies, you must ground them before your head or heart gives out.
Some of you have seen me throw some big Kamehamehas here on the Shroomery in the wake of my 3 day meditation 3 weeks ago.
I have an excess of Yin and an excess of Yang ever since. Mostly Yang
My Yins and Yangs are naked and intense, my yins thin like the vacuum of space, my yangs hard and dense like a supermassive black hole at the very bottom of its gravity well.
I am grounding myself by venting physical and mental energy whenever appropriate, rapidly shifting between them whyen my Yins and Yangs flip.
I Exercise hard, I rest deep, I coil my brain up to a hard knot in mental challenges and release it in meditation.
I eat healthy unprocessed foods in the right quantities and balance and loose weight effortlessly while gainng strength becayse a junk food diet be someone feeling quasi-miserable has swapped to a wholely healthy organic diet while feeling stellar awesome
I have informed my doctor and have his full cooperation and the liberty to either ease myself with Valium or hammer myself with Haldol, as needed.
This is under control. I went through a spiritual crisis and we can avoid it becoming a physical or mental health crisis.
I reached a spiritual breakthrough and am in Ecstasy, not MDMA but spiritually.
No recreational drugs planned for the forseeable future, first LAND THIS THING.
So now you know why your admin Asante is so wild lately.
For the moment, I abstain from admin duties and Ythan agrees, to ease any undue stress on the site and myself. I might just Self Ban myself, a feature I requested Ythan to implement a week or so before the final demolition Meditation, because no more multi day meditations out of me, my Spirit Guide and I agree. This was the final run and the bomb was deployed, definitively.
I ask of you, Spiritual Shroomerites: How do YOU ground yourself after intense spiritual sessions?
The medical part is covered, and my spirit guide guides me well, but this seemed a good way to both inform the Spiritual side of the Shroomery of what the heck is happening to their beloved if controversial admin friend, and to ask you how you handle groundings after extreme energies were raised.
Please offer any sort of grounding exercises that help you, for all our benefit, or even just a video with grounding instructions or grounding music.
The Spiritual Grounding thread, I await your advice
Of course, should I opt for self ban or temporarily step down as an admin, these are just preventive measures to ease the process.
"Singularity 2019" No shit, metaphorically that was it for me, and I can now sit and watch the 30 mile high mushroom cloud unfold in the secure knowledge that there will nevver be a bigger nuke than The Biggest Nuke
Now is the time to grow old in comfort, the hardest reset and most intense Rebirth experience is now behind me.
And I feel fine, so fine in fact that the doctor is on standby to prevent it progressing into mania.

Drugs won't usually ground someone. They can keep you reminded of being grounded.
It's odd that someone takes an SSRI to not be too grounded. Then another takes haldol to not fly so high.
Haldol can be nasty stuff.

Haldol is nasty stuff, but it can put an excited person to sleep, something valium can't in doses of equal safety

time in nature is very grounding, though I know that's less accessible now with it being nearly winter - though winter still has beauty. also I find reading a book to be a fairly grounding activity, especially a paper book and not an e-book as I find electronic devices can unground us a bit.

Good sleep is grounding. Yet brain damage and old age do not reverse very much.
They say stress kills brain cells. It is a constant effort to thrive!

As morbid as it may sound, walks through old cemeteries ground me. When you think you have problems, nothing like a mother’s grave with tiny stone grave markers surrounding her puts things in perspective.

Meditation is very good, yet only so good. Suppose some folks have too much euphoria, but to me mania is racing thoughts and ideas not dangerous euphoria.
Some folks also enjoy pain. People exercise or do weird body mutilation type stuff. Some people enjoy tattoos.
I find dog walks can be good but there's a lot of people out there. Chilling in a park or at the farm helps. Forests can be very soothing and grounding while uplifting.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been doing well lately. I second the suggestion on spending some time out in nature. Maybe hiking in a national forest type thing or something, weather permitting of course.
I would also suggest doing something nostalgic that you don't normally do. Like listening to music that you used to listen to as a teenager or kid but haven't in a long time.
You might also try breaking from your usual diet and going out to a nice restaurant, and following it up with some time in a museum or art gallery or something. Maybe even planning to go somewhere for live music afterwards.
Or you could try reading a new scifi or fantasy book.

Getting cold but there is something about sleeping on the ground camping. Dreams can be more vivid, less distractions, really resets the old biological clock.

Having an un-manic day today, seems like the plane is landing the moment I decided enough was enough.
