At home mushroom inoculation and small scale cultivation in a grow tent

Hi everyone, I'm new here but have been super interested in the amazing world of mycology.
I am planning to start growing several species like Lions Mane, Oysters, Shitake and perhaps Psilocybe in the future. The plan is to grow them in a grow-tent in my apartment. I am also interested in inoculation plugs so I can go into the woods and inoculate fallen trees that way and make the forests a bit more wonderful not just for me but also for other animals and potentially humans who follow my spores
What I need? +/- 20L Pressure Cooker Sterilization supplies, scale, petri dishes, equipment Mushroom spores (syringe to start cultures in petri dish and grow spawn from there) Grow bags cabinet-like setup for inside the tent A tent like this one thermostat and heating/cooling system for inside the tent ?? Flow hood/air purifier (would a filter like this one be sufficient for small non-commercial use of inoculating and growing several bags at a time? Substrate (hardwood pellets/grains)
My plan is to learn as much as I can about growing several species and get a general understanding on how this all works so I can help other people and perhaps scale up to create an actual mycology lab setting and grow room for commercialization of culinary mushroom.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I have been listening to Paul Stamets a lot an got really inspired and called to the fungi and since I have been reading articles and watched videos like this one for example about how to inoculate in your own kitchen with very little contamination.
Another question, I would love to know about the different TEKs but what do you advise for me to work on first in a home environment?

You will want to get an inoculation loop or sterilized long cotton swabs such as: https://www.amazon.com/Cotton-Tip-Applicator-Sterile-100/dp/B000BI3M60
Streaking the drop of the syringe on the plate will give you more opportunities to find healthy or less contaminated growth to transfer from

Hi,
I have a simple small greenhouse in my bathroom. Cheaper than the things for weed. It works but it seems small for edibles. I am limited to 8 bags with 3L each when there are no shoe boxes in there. My PC only holds three bags...
Here is what I learned by now:
The black tent has the advantage that the light will not disturb you or can be seen through the window.
These tents will not insulate much, your temperature depends mainly on the ambient temp. I don't think heating is necessary unless you have an unheated room. Look-up fruiting temp of edibles. Cooling will eat much energy and cause condensation problems.
You will need some hygrostat and humidifier in the tent to keep humidity high. A fan or blower to get fresh air exchange. Regulate by e.g. a timer it does not need to run always.
Where to put the exhaust air from the tent? It is humid and shrooms smell even when everything is OK. Not to mention failed batches.
Tents are fine when growing edibles. You cannot hide em from landlords, guests or people fixing your plumbing. That might be interesting when you have actives. Personally I give my landlord homegrown edibles from time to time so he sees that is a legal hobby, even so a strange hobby.
Other:
A flow hood is great. Look up the teks on shroomery. Air purifier? I am not sure if that is of any good. Btw i used spare filters for an air purifier to improvise an flow hood. They are cheaper than an H14 Hepa filter
To get some grams of edibles you will need more substrate - go for a bigger pressure cooker.
Edibles are often sold as mycelium not spores. However you will need agar to keep it going. A a few drops from the syringe to a plate use the rest to inoculate grain.
Your list does not show jars and grain to grow the spawn.
Start with oysters they have a good success rate. That helps in the beginning.
Go for it

Id honestly start from a spore print. Goes much further and just the practice of working from literal step one and not skipping anything gives one a firm foundation. I tried being slick and first time got trich right away. Smelled like funky vinegar dick socks and used circus condoms.
As a newb finding decent process and making so far smooth progress (I say that now) All I’m saying is have patience, faith in yourself, make logs (the only doctrine

Get some spores, put them on agar, then make plans. I say this because there’s way more waiting involved in the initial stage than anything else. Get ahead of that shit.
Also, cubes are easier than gourmet, so maybe start with them.

Still air box.
I actually used the box my pressure cooker came in to do my first wbs jars cuz I couldn’t wait.
Much nicer to have a real one I can see through now.
