Question about the condition of our tubs (first time growers)

Hey everyone
We are growing golden teacher mushrooms for the first time for that reason we went with two smaller tubs (6L). The first one is following ~bods unmodified tek, the second is a modified version of bods (we added a couple of holes on the sides to add more FAE).
Spawned to 100% coco coir at 18th of november (1 bag of uncle bens rice to each tub).
Now (4th of december - or 16 days later) we start to worry, since we don't really see anything that resembles a pin. Can anyone that has more experience tell us what we did wrong, if anything?
The tub with the holes on the sides has weird stuff in it, such as green'ish or blue'ish pieces.
Help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
EDIT: The probable contaminated box was just tossed, not sure if it was contam, but since we already wanted to toss last week it is for the better. RIP The contam however randomly stopped growing (maybe due to myc fighting?) but new not so yummy spots appeared.

Toss the contaminated tub or at least put it in a separate room.
First tub looks pretty healthy. Id try increasing FAE until those water beads evaporate from the surface. That should get it pinning. When I decide to up FAE in unmodded tubs, I heat a knife red and melt horizontal “vents” through the plastic. 2-4 on the bottom and 4-6 up top. Then, if the tub is drying out, I dial it in by covering some/all the holes with MP tape. I have a drill but didn’t want to disturb the myc with all that vibration.

Depending on your environment if it were mine I'd leave the top one alone. It's not overly saturated and it'll pin when it's ready. The imperfect lid provides enough exchange.
Bottom one I'd toss.

Yeah just set the lid on top but don’t snap it. It looks good like they said a little more air and it should knot up.
Actually looks like there might be a few knots starting already under some of that thicker myc. Little more air and a couple days you should be good.
