LOL I know where they filmed that; that's Leadenhall market. Fucking cool place, I used to walk round there all the time.

The US incentivizes good health, safe sex, and essentially freedom on both ends of the spectrum too. I personally like the way things are because we are free to choose.
--------------------
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

I’m just saying there’s room for improvement
Edit. I think Americans (we) also need to shift in consciousness? Our perception of how we treat one another I think needs to grow

We've come a long way though. The country is so ridiculously young that the change happens by generation. There is really no long-term aristocracy. Fortunes are dissolved and wealth can be made overnight here. The American dream is alive and well if you ask me.

Not a good analogy IMO. I've been to at least half a dozen 'third world' countries and people there are FAR happier and kindly and friendly, IME (China excluded, although I don't know if that's 'Third World' any more).
America is always gonna be materially rich; it is likely just becoming more and more ethically and spiritually bankrupt over time.
Or has it always been this way?

Definitely this. Most of the people I've met here seem so beat down, emotionally and spiritually, that it's pretty damn scary.

It's the capacity you have to succeed.
Sure other countries might offer the same opportunities but they take on a different or even dirty meaning in my opinion when you add dream at the end of the inhabitants..
The Cambodian Dream The Filipino Dream The German Dream The Korean Dream The Vietnamese Dream The Russian Dream The Canadian Dream The Portuguese Dream The African Dream The Syrian Dream The Afghani Dream The Malagasy Dream The Brazilian Dream

Good health isn't always a choice you make. Sometimes life throws funky diseases at you for no reason. Its amazing to see people try and blame others for being sick, whatever helps you sleep at night I guess.
I'm glad I live in civilized nation with free health care that doesn't throw poor sick people under the bus. I have to worry about paying rent, buying food and putting gas in my car, but I don't need to worry paying to see a doctor. A crushing medical bill is the opposite of freedom.

When I say third world I am not making a values judgement on third world countries. I know there are many cultures around the globe that are much kinder and more human than American culture. I was primarily speaking of wealth inequality.

Who cares our system is set up like it is so we subsidize shitty countries. No surprise shitty Europeans who are taking a free ride on the coattails and still talking shit are too dumb to figure that out. The rest of the world wouldnt have shit for medicine if we weren't shoveling the money into the furnace. Makes me fucking really upset it's like spitting in the face of your friend helping you out. Fuck em.

Did you not read my post theyre undercutting our cost while we spend all the money to do everything top to bottom. Could be anything over there look at NATO. Then the still turn around and complain they have no money. Its bullshit. his is one thing I'll say the Republicans aren't wrong on. Pay your fair share enough is enough.

European nations have nothing to be protected from. NATO is the USA flexing its muscles.
