First grow (melmac, albino cambodian, and ps. cyanescens) PINS!!! 1

I just swabbed some agar plates for the first time this weekend. I'm pretty new to agar work, too, so I have a couple questions regarding one of my plates.
As I was swiping in my SAB, I couldn't see clearly enough to notice that most of the spores came off in one chunk on the first plate. I assumed the spores would be more ingrained into the swab fibers.
My questions are: There should be plenty of spores still in the swab, right? I used the same swab to swipe two additional plates right after this one.
Some agar got on the lid of the petri, is that going to cause any problems? I accidentally swirled it too hard in an effort to get some thinly poured plates to stretch the agar ~5 petris further to finish the stack.
Is the droplet in the first corner of my swipe bacteria? I thought bacteria colonies were milky (like the colony on the edge of the dish near the spores)? These are present in just about all of my plates, directly on my swipe marks. I first noticed them about 18hrs after inoculation. It has now been 3 days at the time of picture.
EDIT: The spores are Ps. Cyanescens if anyone was wondering.

I am really considering turning this into a grow log because a lot of this is new to me and I would love as much feedback as I can get. My only reservation is that I am not the happiest with how my agar pics are turning out, I am kinda struggling there, I think.
12/05 Update:
Here is the plate from before (sorry for pic quality, I may try again later):

12/09

Here are the other two Ps. Cyan plates I have. They started showing signs of germination yesterday(12/4):

12/09

Here is one of my allenii plates (I have 3 total), that is showing some growth, but I am pretty sure it is contam because it is near the edge/nowhere near my streak line: Here is the first spot of growth, near the 8 on the petri lid. The second pic shows my streak line better to show how far the growth is removed from it:

Here is another spot of growth on the same plate, again along the edge of agar, far removed from my streak line. It is along the bottom edge in this pic:

12/09
****The alleni is contamming/not germinating. I will update if anything happens*****
I also have some cube plates I swabbed the same day (12/05). I swabbed 10 plates each of albino cambo f5 and melmak, but only a few are showing growth now:
Melmac:

12/09 I decided to take 4 transfers from the plate with the swab tip. Here is how it looked just before I took the transfers. Transfers were taken at the 3-5 o'clock range.

Albino Cambo f5:

There will still be spores on the swab that you cant see. If you want you can use sterile tweezers to pick bits of cotton off the swab and place that on your plate for germination.

Thanks for the reply. That is a good idea, I will give it a try next time.
I certainly was surprised at the crazy amount of germination going on on the subsequent plates I swabbed with that same swab. I was worried no spores got to them, but, in fact, they are by far some of the most lively plates out of the whole bunch.

UPDATE 12/22 Melmac: These two plates were divided into 9 oat jars

The albino cambo wasn't quite ready for grain
1/11/2020 Melmac: here are the jars 2 weeks after inoculation. Does this seem a bit slow?

As I was taking those pictures just now, I noticed mold in quite a few of the jars which is extremely disheartening Do any of them look ok?
Albino Cambo: Here is a T3 plate. I plan on taking a few transfers from the part that reached over the wall, allowing those to grow out and hopefully take those to grain. Sound good?

1/20 update: Here are the only two jars (melmac) without mold. How do they look? Ready for shake? Or maybe a few more days?
Something else that concerns me is that these were inoculated with agar wedges 21 days ago. I know PE is slow but is this too slow?
I am doing more a2g transfers as we speak. 5 quarts melmac and 5 albino Cambodian. Hopefully with better sterile technique and success rate this time.

All the jars seem to be coming along nicely. Today I inoculated 5 quarts of oats with psilocybe cyanescens with some clean looking petris. I will try to take pics of everything tomorrow.

You're doing well. Grain looks good and culture looks good. And yes, penis anything is slow as death. I find APE is crazy fast on plates and lc, but once it's on grain...
Ive had ape jars colonizing so long that my other jars have turned over twice in the meantime. Finally ready to spawn.

I'm guessing this is not ok (greenish area at 4:30). This is one of my 5 albino cam quarts I a2g'd about a week ago:

All my other jars look fine, similar to this one:

The 5 melmac jars I nocc'd at the same time are all looking good as well, similar to this one:

And here is an update on the melmac jars I shook 4 days ago. Well, here's one of them, but you get the idea:

Here are the two melmac jars now, 8 days after shake:

And here are the albino cambodian jars just before I shook them today (lost one to mold).

And here is where the psilocybe cyanescens jars are at, 5 days after a2g:

I think I am... The plan is to use the grain spawn to inoculate some fermented woodchips, which I will later use to start patches (I am planning on using large flower pots) outside. I hope the pots I use will be fully colonized and ready to fruit by fall when we get a LOT of rain in these parts.
Does this sound right?
