Is this bacterial? It hasn’t rebounded from shaking like the other ones have

Probably bacterial.  But that's just what we say, no one forensically examines these things, do they?

But, what else could it be?

Doesn't look half bad.  You can probably use it.  I wouldn't put it in a mono tub though, use it by itself of with your next worse looking jar.  I often make shoeboxes with a bottom layer of pure spawn cased with CVG if the jar looks questionable.  I've got this idea that if there is contamination, not mixing the grains all up with the coir would give the cubensis a better shot at containing the nasties.

I inoculated with Ms syringe on 11/10 and then I inoculated with agar that was left from a transfer on 11/17 because it was showing no sign of life, was doing good, shook at 20%, then it came back this light fuzzy like weak myc how it looks now. That was about 7 days ago. Maybe just damaged the myc from shaking 3 times? Either way they’re definitely not G2G candidates I’ll probably just do what rainy suggested, I just want a better idea what to look for with bacterial jars

No need to shake three times, shaking only once is enough. That's most likely bacterial. Some signs are yellowish or differently colored fluids at the bottom of the jar, don't confuse that with metabolites. If you open the jar you'll smell it. If you have any antibiotics around like tetracycline or ampicillin you might be able to use some to fight the germs off.
