Can I pause myco growth for three weeks?

So timing is everything right? If I don't get fruits soon, I'm going to have to leave it for three weeks, give or take, ha! So can I put my three Shoe boxes in the fridge? Or do I just hope it doesn't all go to contam by the time I get back? So started the shoe boxes 10 days ago. The coir came out super wet. Lost track of how much water I squeezed out. But 10 days, looks ok, just still really wet. Temps here 81 with humidity 72%. 12 hrs day and night light.

The fridge will definitely put a pause on things. But I would make sure that you have full colonization prior to putting it in there.

Well this is going to be an interesting race. The shoe boxes have been going 10 days and we have about 10 days left before going on an XMAS vacation. I think the fruit will happen because the myco looks past 50% propagation. If I can just get 6 clones going before leaving, happiness will prevail! . This really does take a lot of patience!

I'm thinking you mean because I didn't put a liner in or that there's so much condensation in the sides. I really appreciate all you have contributed here Mushboy!

Ok thanks! Just for reference, two possible reasons. 1. The coir was really wet, next time prolly a liter less water. 2. I used all the jars 7, of which some were not fully colonized. Seems like classic noob using stuff that should have been tossed. So I think that gave the myco a slow start.

Also I see some green in the upper corner. Could be the end is near! Just hoping I can get some clones to at least get past the MS stage.

Yes and I scooped out a bunch-o-stuff, prolly doesn't matter at this point.
I tried to get a pic of trich. This stuff looks solid, shiney white, like Elmer's Glue.

So it goes eh? I'll let it go for two more weeks and see if at least a clone can be had.

Ooooh, that bad. Well, back to the plates!
So those latest pics look like trich? I see lots of pics, but everyone is asking if it is trich or myco.
