What is your average weekly / monthly yield?

Interested in what yields you get from your operation - in terms of a return on time and gear investment. I started by running 10No 500ml jars and two bins - one 20 litres and one 50 litres. This setup produced enough shrooms for my weekend trips and to share with a friend. Over time due to tolerance I had to up the dosage and at present have 20No 500ml jars and up to five bins of sizes varying from 2 litres to 70 litres. Not all bins are in use all the time but the jars tend to be busy.
I only do MS to grain and grain to grain. When a bunch of jars mature I inspect them closely and decide what to do. The cleanest ones are used for grain transfer, the less clean ones spawned to bins and anything visibly contaminated gets tipped to a dedicated garden bed. If there is not enough clean spawn for G2G I pick a large cap and collect spores to inoculate the jars.
The above operation currently yields about 25g dry a week.
I have learnt to do everything efficiently and don't spend much time on shroom work. Planning goes a long way - pasteurising the sub, spawning to bins, having the grain ready to re-use the jars etc. My success rate is only moderate these days but, due to multiple redundancies, I always have material to work with.
How does this compare to what you do?

I knocked up my first jars on 10-14. I’ve only done shoeboxes, staggered about a week apart so I could learn from the first ones as I went.
I currently have 11 running only 4 of which have fruited, one I just harvested the third flush and the rest I’m waiting on either first or second flushes.
So far I’ve got about a quarter pound dried, so similar to yours I think but output should explode soon once they’re all mature. Especially since the first couple were a mess but the last six had all the kinks worked out.

Dam bro those numbers aren't bad at all. I'm getting giddy just thinking about a 1/4 lb...
I kinda wish I did shoeboxes because I've got 8 jars of spawn tied up in two tubs and I doubt they'll perform THAT great.
I'd be happy with 4ozs dry out of my two tubs total. I believe that would put me at about 50% BE which is pretty poor but still way better than a total loss...
So how many grams dried are you getting per each quart of spawn you use?
I just got all my supplies to start pouring plates too. Got 400mls in the PC right now. My only regret is only ordering 20 plates...

Maybe if they came sterile, I've had enough with no pour agar...
They honestly are not even that expensive

I like a nice LB a month as a minimum. Sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less. Depends on mistakes and vacations. Laziness kills yields. I have 10 shoeboxes flushing right now. I would like 1oz from each with no real expected 2nd flushes. I consider this to be a small load. I have had 30+ SB and a dozen monotubs rockin at the same time before. I just built a 2x4 FH so 100bags a week is the goal for the future although some will be gourmets.
Petris are cheap and highly recommended by the case. Agar FTW!

10 - 12 ounce monotub..
standard is ten. Yep, ten ounces one flush.. i dont even go a second flush. these are really strong isolates and my environment is supercharged with forced fresh air. I manipulate the evaporation rate, prior to enhancing my environment, the same isolates did average 6 to 7 ounces.
50+ tubs.. do the math..

I'm just getting started and still really working out the kinks, but am rotating through about 4 shoeboxes at a time. I'm trying to get three flushes before I dump a substrate. In my first month of harvesting, I pulled almost a quarter pound dried (110 g, to be precise). Hoping to be able to sequence projects so that I've always got about that many shoeboxes spawned, and also hoping that isolating some better genetics is going to improve the yield.

Im only getting about 1 ounce per shoebox. (1.5 quarts spawn/2.5 quarts CVG) these days, at best.
Ive had genetics before that double that output, or more. Hopefully will again soon.

One ounce over multiple flushes? Or just the first flush?

These ones are one flush wonders. Sometime I get a small second flush, but it's not a big deal.

That makes sense. I’m just starting out and doing if for fun so it seems crazy to me that people toss them after one go. I just got a half ounce third flush, dunked it for the first time, and three days later it’s got another 20ish pins.
I can see how people get there once space becomes an issue and not spawn though.

Can you send me a link tho the tubs you're using so I can keep an eye out for them?

I’ll take a picture of the label I think it’s 6qt sterilite or however that brand is spelled. I started with a tek from another site that had some questionable steps and once I came here I altered it a little.
I’m just doing 1-1.5 spawn coir ratio with one quart of spawn per box. I’ll throw in some random amounts of verm too cuz the bag I have is stupid big. Then mix it up put about 1/3 inch layer of coir snap the top on and that’s it til it knots up.
I have been using a big tub as a humidity chamber lately for later flushes when pins start coming from the entire brick. It’s pretty cool I have a little shelf made from a metal grid thing and I had shrooms coming out the bottom too.

Look up bods shoebox Tek. The 6qt and 16qt sterilite shoeboxes are pretty standard around here. U can also look up mushboys Tek on shoeboxes. Edit: Bods easy AF shoeboxes Mushboys shoeboxes

This might be more technique and practice than numbers. Just with shoeboxes, 2qts spawn each, yield 1-2oz per box(much more than 25g). so as long as you cycle atleast 1 or 2 good shoebox a week you should be beating that number easily if everything's clean and managed right.
Start working agar, use clean spawn, perfect your tub maintenance. Keep shooting syringes to grains and you'll always be working from questionable spawn.

About 1 oz per mycoqt on first flush Anything less than that needs improvement or the genetics are wack
All about clean spawn and good genetics.
