Here is one cube with a few pan cyans:
Is it easy to tell the identity on this picture? This happens with pan cyans caps splitting in half. I always want to be careful with them so they won’t fall to pieces. Dark spore print covers some bruising on the stipe I might need better lighting to show the colors
3 took about 10 minutes to bruise while the rest already were.

Yeah they definitely look cool in person. I want to capture that same image with a picture always kind of blurry

Sorry for being a downer but the pic isn’t the best.
It can be difficult getting the natural colours without substantial natural light to begin with. I’m not sure when it comes to high end cameras but IME with the run of the mill smart phone camera I’ll say ambient/background lighting will be deciding factor.
Even with flash it just highlights or dampens things too much and the true colours don’t come out
My advice is snap a shot in bright indirect daylight as that direct light natural or flash can shine too much back into the lens and create this nuisance problem
Well at least this is what I can make of it from my experience and limited understanding of the subject and terminology

Yeah it’s too dark with natural lighting and the flash does cause a glare by itself. I skipped using my flashlight which usually helps. Been using flashlight and flash. Just a small flashlight, but I’m still not satisfied with that. I’m going to use a big flashlight like an electric lantern if I can make a spotlight for the picture still a flashlight but one with a much wider lense
I might just need a bright lamp

I haven’t seen such a tightly knit cluster of pan cyans like these.
