On-demand use of sertraline (Zoloft) similar to tramadol at all?

I just ran out of a prescription for 50mg tramadols that I found to be quite enjoyable for delaying ejaculation and increasing my enjoyment during sex.
While my girlfriend insists that our length of sex is great, sometime I feel like I finish too early, especially when we are doing something I find really hot like BDSM or rough sex.
Unfortunately, I'm now out and wishing that I could find something similar. Since I can not get anymore tramadol, I started googling similar drugs. One that kept coming up was dapoxetine (Priligy) which was a ultra-short acting SSRI that was taken on demand for pre-mature ejaculation. Unfortunately, the FDA blocked its application for use in the United States in 2006 so it was off the table. However, after doing more research I found that on demand Zoloft could be used to delay ejaculation.
I really enjoyed how I could take a tramadol, still enjoy fantasizing and slightly increase my sexual stamina all without negative side effects. I also enjoyed the mild opioid buzz that came from it.
I was wondering if anyone has used on-demand Zoloft for enhancing sex? If so, how did it make you feel and did you notice any negative side effects that are normally associated with SSRIs (ED, low-libido, anorgamisa etc.)

I have taken zoloft and wud strongly advise against taking any SSRI or SNRI if you do not truly need it. All antidepressants come with a black box warning for a reason.
You cud jst calm your self down. Psychology affects the central nervous system, like with fight or flight mode. Or maybe drink some kava.

Yeah, I was thinking about only trying it on demand and therefor avoiding many of the classic side effects of SSRIs.
When you took Zoloft did you notice any feelings the first day taking it?

While it does cause ejaculatory delay, I wouldn't try Zoloft to enhance your sex life. It might increase your girlfriend's enjoyment but I doubt you'll like it at all. The side effect ejaculatory delay seemed closer to me to ejaculatory never. I don't know if I ever had sex on Tramadol, but I'm guessing the effects are much more subtle.
It was so long ago, I can't remember how long it took for Zoloft to start having effects. I know the antidepressant effects take 3-4 weeks to change your saratonin levels and the side effects will kick in way before that. I guess you could try one and see what happens. That shouldn't cause the withdrawl symptoms, which are unpleasant.

Yes, I’m aware that daily SSRI use leads to negative sexual side effects, I would only be taking the lowest dosage available perhaps once a week.
Brian, did you notice a lowering of libido along with the inability to finish?

I think it's more physical and mostly psychological to orgasim. I don't think Zoloft delays it at least in my experience with Zoloft I find sex less appealing. Maybe it was buspar or trazidone but I had no desire for sex, until I came off the meds.
I think risperal makes you non sexual. Or trazidone does.

Occasional kratom use significantly delays ejaculation in many without negative impact on erection. Be careful using kratom this way as it can become an addictive crutch.

Yeah, I was thinking about trying low dosages of Kratom. However I don’t like having to take it on an empty stomach and find it hard to hit a sweet spot with it

No. I had no lack of desire or ED. I only took it for a couple months. I can't remember if it has any effects after taking one.

I wouldn't mess with Zoloft or any ssri for this. If I want to last longer I will usually take a medium dose of kratom.

Yeah, I've actually found Kratom to be the most similar substitute.
