Do these look like Blue Oysters to you?

They're not blue. I was sent some agar from someone on this board. Not as a trade just out of kindness so I'm definitely not complaining. I'm just surprised the caps aren't Blue!

Any way to tell if these are COLD Blue Oysters vs. WARM? Idk if dropping the temp might help.
I know, it looks like they need more FAE. I'm trying my best. I've posted my setup picture for criticism. They're growing in my basement and we often have the heat running now that it's in the 20s. The Martha keeps a very consistent temp of 59-60F but I'm guessing the heat is consuming much of the oxygen in the basement.

If they are blue oysters then you need to give them more fresh air. Blue, yellow and pink oysters color darkens with more intense light. So they may need brighter light to get a better color. But either way, you definitely need more FAE...

Also, don't remove the bag from the top. You just want to slice the bag on the bottom from corner to corner. Place the bag with the cut bottom on top. The bottom of the bag is where the plastic is tightest against the sub. Try not to lift the bag off of the sub when you cut the bag. Any air that gets in the bag will start pins. So if the bag lifts off of the sub you will get mushrooms inside the bag.
Your main concern right now is getting an exhaust fan going like in the pic. The pic shows a passive system so you only need an exhaust fan which will cause fresh air to be drawn in from the intake air hole. You should exhaust outside. Otherwise, you will be putting spores into your home.
Take one of the panes of glass out of the window and cut a piece of plywood to replace the glass. Then cut a hole in the plywood for exhaust duct and a dryer vent. I used 4-inch PVC for the duct because it is cheap.

Do you have any more information about light and color? I haven't found that information anywhere.
Right now the air comes in from outside and the bottom is a little loose to let air escape from the bottom. I know I'm getting airflow into the system because it runs over the mister and keeps the ambient humidity high. Without the tube running into the system the mister doesn't really work.
I've only been running the tube from outside for 2 days so I'm hoping it helps. Idk if the long stemmed mushrooms can recover or if the new pins will develop into normal shaped mushrooms. Do you know the answer to that?
I've also added a fan inside to circulate the air. I'm not sure moving the air within the tent matters much but again, it's only be 2 days. I suspect high C02 is the result of having the house heater in the basement. It likely consumes the oxygen as the gas combusts. I've read that others cultivate mushrooms in their basement though so I'd expect to at least see one other thread discussing this issue which I haven't found.

The mushrooms will not recover once they grow a long stipe the said stipe will not form into a cap. If you fix the FAE your next flush will be fine if the block is not dried out by then. With no plastic stoping moisture loss, your blocks will dry out quickly. The air inside the tent needs to be changed out completely 3 to 6 times an hour. That tube will not cover it. What the circulation fan inside the tent does is it moves air so co2 does not sit around the mushrooms. Even if the co2 levels are high the mushrooms will be much happier with the air moving do not have air blowing on the blocks. Point the fan up towards the peak. The air will flow down the sloped roof and mix together. All the fan does is mix the air so there are not concentrated levels of co2 around the mushies.

I forgot to mention I used an old bathroom exhaust fan from craigslist I got for $10 because of the way they are designed it was easy to connect the duct to it. They also resist humidity well.

I thought the same thing the 1st and last bag look that way. But the middle bags look like they have too many pins to be kings. I could be wrong though. I have never grown kings. I think they just have long stipes from a lack of fresh air. They have no color due to a lack of bright light.

If this is the culture I sent you then you should be aiming for 50s consistently. Once they hit 60s they start losing color significantly. Sorry I didn't respond to your pms. Real life got crazy.

They've definitely improved with some FAE and have been growing great.
When do I pick them?

The curve on them will flatten out. Pick them just before the curve is gone. You can pick them anytime you want. I just like to get as much weight as I can. Those still have a couple of days at least in my opinion. It could be longer or shorter depending on the temps. Just keep an eye on them and you will learn the best time to pick them.
If you wait to long the tips will start to curl up like this one did...

That cluster was harvested to late.
